I have 25yr history of spine and back issues. I brought additional copies of MRI's & records when I arrived for my appointment. However, the front office could not find my records and refused to accept the duplicates I had brought. I had to fill out all forms 2 more times. Dr Reis never bothered to see me. He sent in a child, medical assistant that showed no compassion, was aggressive, rude and had a god complex. Due to my 25yr history of previously documented diagnoses, surgeries, vertebra fusions, and degenerative cartilage throughout my body, it was way beyond her knowledge level. Therefore, she stated they were not interested in establishing a relationship with me. I was never allowed to see the specialist, Dr. Reis that I had specifically scheduled my appointment with. Without any basis she stated that I was only there for drugs, even though I never mentioned anything about wanting medication. Her only response, which she repeated multiple times was “We only give shots"

Dr Reis is very professional and will always try to solve your issues. I have been seeing him for 5yrs now and have felt very blessed to have found him. You never have to wait long to see him. His pump nurse Hillary is one of the sweetest ppl you will ever meet. Everyone in Dr Reis office is the best of the best. The secretaries, nurses and the accounting dept (Jackie) are all very kind . I love this group and would never think of going anywhere else. ??

His nurse was particularly rude as I was in so much pain and the steroid injections didn’t work. I actually turned down pain pills making it clear that I wanted to a real plan. She had nothing and just snapped at me that I was welcome to get a second opinion. I particularly disliked the procedure for the injections. You never see the Drs face. He just walks in and your lying flat with your pants down. You get a jab and he’s out. He’s probably more suited for athletic injuries not old ladies like me.

Steroid shots in back helped somewhat. Very nice doctor. Staff terrible terrible returning calls. Called Stephanie for 3 straight weeks, no refills sent even though they said they did and no return calls. Now out of meds.

Went to Dr. Reis for pain management. I waited for 1 1/2 hours to be seen. Dr. Reis was pleasant and did listen to my concerns. I respect him for his opinion with the opioid crisis which he talked more about than my concerns and reasons for being there. Physicians need to realize there are individuals who are not drug seeking and do require treatment for chronic pain. Very disappointment as he was highly recommended.

It's like a meat market, they actually give you one shot at L4-5 and tell you it will trickle down to where your pain is. It's a joke and not worth a penny let alone several hundred $$$!!!!! He is just in it for the money and doesn't care about how much pain you are in. Entire experience lasted 5 minutes....don't waste your time!!!!!

Today was my first office visit after being referred by my neurologist. I was pleased with everyone that I came in contact with at the office. Dr. Reis was personable and took the time to listen and then answer my questions. Felt very comfortable with having the procedure done as he explained everything step by step.
