I went to him because I had two crowned teeth next to each other break off flush with the gums. he told me that he could do a post & buildup & do a double crown for just under $4,000.00 and it should last a lifetime. I was so impressed when he was done that I had him replace a couple other crowns but they didn't fit well and had to send one back to the lab and had to grind off the porcelain to make it fit so I decided to go to a different dentist. After about a year the first two became infected and loose because he didn't grind the decay off the top of what was left of the two broken teeth before he did the buildup so I called his office manager and she said that he said to come in and let him take a look at it and never indicated there would be a charge.I went in and he took an x-ray and just prescribed a medicated rinse (that did nothing) and charged my insurance company for an exam & x-ray. Now I have to pay to have both teeth extracted & implants & crowns after paying him.

Office Manager was yelling at staff in front of us, spoke to Dr about it he didn't seem concerned. Had to wait over an hour for my family member to even be seen. We found another office. So sad for the staff.
