Do Not Recommend! Run Away!
I finally brought YEARS of concern to her office, as suggested & encouraged by my family, who witnesses these occurrences ON THE DAILY, and I left her office feeling invalidated, insignificant and unheard. I found her to be arrogant, having little bedside manner, just immediately washing my concerns away and essentially stating that my symptoms were either my meds or my other health condition, but she'd schedule an MRI and an EEG, and that I am to call her office AFTER those tests and make a follow-up appointment. I waited almost 4 months for this appointment, so I'm supposed to call back AFTER tests in 2 months for an appointment reviewing test results & have to wait another 4 months for them? Ahem, no ma'am. I felt as though she didn't listen to what I had to say, that she didn't appreciate the level of these concerns that had finally brought me to the specialist. Overall, no, I'm not going back. Follow-up with her, nope. Absolutely not. I'd go out of state to avoid her. Literally.

Horrible Experience
She Walked in room I tried shaking her hand out of respect she only touched the tip of my fingers, proceeded to tell the patient he’s aware of what he’s doing and he wasn’t haven’t true tremors, jerk his head upward and downward, checked reflexes roughly, said issues was more psychological even though mri of brain shows multiple lesions and scattered white matter. What a joke she is 83 miles just to be belittled!!!!

Worst doctor I have ever saw
She has no bedside manners. I went in to see her for my second appointment about numbness in my right leg. She let me know there was nothing to be concerned about and to just wiggle it and it would wake back up. Are you kidding me I ask her what I was supposed to do if I was driving down the road and it just “went numb” she just looked at me with a blank look on her face. I have never seen to a doctor so unprofessional in my life. She looked at me as if I was lower than the dirt on the floor. I left her office in tears I called to get a second opinion and she refuses to let me see anyone else because she is “RIGHT” on my diagnosis. Isn’t that something. I also told her I had fibromyalgia and she told me that was a made-up word and she wished that doctors would stop using it. WOW please for your sake do not see her you are wasting your time.

Awful!! Dr. Thiel is unprofessional and she has disregarded my concern for a shooting pain near the temple of my head. Her staff is very "rude" and "unprofessional". I was told to no longer make a visit appointment regarding my concerns, but communicate via "My Chart" only. What doctor doesn't want to see their patient to hear about their concerns? I wish I didn't have to actually rate this comment because she doesn't deserve any stars. She's not one star worthy!! Please DO NOT waste your time on this doctor!!!

My family and I have been a patient of Dr. Thiel’s for many years now. She is the most caring doctor I have ever met. She explains everything in a way you can understand. She gives you test results as soon as she gets them and explains them in great detail. She creates a plan about how to move forward if something comes up on your results. She follows up with you as needed. I will absolutely refer friends to her.

I went in today for my first appointment. She rambled on about having to cancel a trip this weekend due to weather. I don't think she once took my complaints and pain seriously. She basically treated me like I was a bother and over reacting than anything. I would not recommend her to anyone. I have serious concerns and symptoms of MS and its being overlooked. SMH. She would not so much order an MRI she instead looked at one done on my back and neck well maam that wouldn't show a lesion on my brain.

Never!! Did not care and did not listen. She spent 5 minutes with me after waiting on her. I had a mri done at the hospital did a mri found a brain cysts on the middle of my brain. She comes in and ask me what my mri showed. I explained what they found then she acted like she looked at the mri. Then why would u ask me that question. I had been hospitalized 3 times before my appt. For dizziness, couldn't speak correctly, memory loss, weakness i could go on and on but it wont let me type anymore

Dr. Thiel seems to be a competent doctor she did give me a referral to the right doctor, even though her bedside manner is terrible. Unfortunately her staff is totally incompetent, unprofessional, rude and uncaring. This office has no “patients” but “customers”. They have no concern at all with your well-being. I cannot recommend this doctor to anyone.

I had seen several doctors with no results. A dear friend highly recommended Dr. Thiel. Dr. Thiel immediately saw the problem 10 years ago and through treatment and careful monitoring , I have enjoyed many good years after my TIAs. She is a very caring Doctor. I would highly recommend her.

Performs a lot of expensive tests, & future visits to discuss results. Also charges for missed visits. Maybe I should have charged her for not seeing me at my appt times and making me wait. Very tiny waiting room. She did explain my problems to me so I have a better understanding of my issues now.

This was the most aweful experience I've ever encountered!!! Nurses left a bruise on my arm from blood pressure cuff to tight, let her know it hurt, she said in a rude manner, well I'm sorry and did not loosen the cuff, and the doctor, Thiel, oh so rude very rough, did my reflexes like she was hitting a baseball, extremely rude, very rushed, didn't have time to listen. It was just aweful, I do not recommend her at all.terrible bedside manner all the way.
