She didn't have you waiting forever. Yet she didn't make you feel rushed either. Answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. To top of this wonderful experience.... her office staff is all very Pleasant. It was a very magnificent experience from start to finish. Very refreshing to have a great experience with both the Doctor and the office staff.

Dr. Suarez was wonderful. Her staff was not. I overheard other patient's financial information along with personal from the front desk. She needs training on violation of HIPPA rules along with customer service. I was not notified of a pending balance until I arrived for my appt. which is fine but was told I could not see the Dr unless the balance was paid in full. I drive from the far east for my appt. What if I was not able to pay? I drove for nothing? This is for West side office only.

Dr. Suarez is amazing! She has delivered my 2 boys and both experiences went smoothly! She is a caring individual who has nothing but the best intentions when caring for her patients!

Would not recommend Dr. Suarez to anyone dealing with fertility issues. Provides extremely basic work-up and low level interventions for infertility. Each office visits took 1.5 hours, but only saw the Dr. for 5 minutes or less. Takes very little history, resulting in inappropriate treatments.. Is nice, but should not be offering fertility services. Her staff is a little rude. Wasted 10 months on her with no results. Ended up having to do IVF, which other Dr said should have been offered sooner.
