The best cataract surgeon.
My retinal doctor also recommended Dr. Halfpenny, who recently did my cataract surgeries. She is an excellent doctor, great at communication and very highly skilled. She has given me almost perfect vision, far better than before, in spite of a difficult retinal issue that can’t entirely be corrected. The whole experience with her practice and surgery center was also well organized and pleasant. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could.

Best Eye Surgeon
Doctor Halfpenny restored my vision beyond my wildest expectations. She made it extremely easy. She is my favorite doctor.

My retina surgeon recommended Valley Eye. I chose Dr. Halfpenny from her web reviews......and they were accurate. Went for cataract surgery. Personable, knowledgeable, takers the time to explain procedures, patient, answers questions, meticulous to detail. Staff and office are 5 stars as well. Would gladly recommend Dr. Halfpenny.

Doctor Halfpenny performed cataract surgery on my eye. She also oversees the various tests for my eyes. She is an excellent doctor working at and excellent practice.
