Very unprofessional and disorganized. No thought for your time or special needs or condition( I am on a walker and take specific medication.) I would not recommend. This was my first visit and I noted they didn't even offer any help with opening their door so I could come in or out of the office on my walker…just simple good manners. ( And the office was empty, it was not a busy time.

Dr. Casad is a wonderful doctor. She always asks me how I am doing and listens to my concerns. She answers my questions and provides me other resources to learn more about my condition. She spends plenty of time with me, and I never feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Casad if you want to have a caring and competent doctor taking care of you.

Have been going to Dr Casad for 3 years. Love her bedside manner and so knowledgeable on healthcare and prevention. Her ability to mesh traditional meds with nutrition and vitamins keeps me young in body to go with my spirit. Love her and her staff.

Dr. Casad always takes the time to explain test results, listen to concerns, and answer questions. I appreciate Dr. Casad's holistic approach to treating her patients. I have complete confidence in her recommendations. Also, she or a member of her staff returns calls promptly. There is very little wait time during office visits.

This a very professional yet comfortable facility . Dr. Casad has seen me bio-identical hormone assessments and regimen . Matthew has kept my case up to date and labs on schedule . Chanda has been helpful in explaining the Smart Lipo and Thermismooth options . Annie has injected filler in my zygomatic area , so I have experienced several different treatments , staff, and providers . This is the Fountain of vitality and youth ! Come drink it in .....
