The compassion and respect that I received from Dr. Donovan helped me tremendously. In fact I would prefer another follow up even though it isn't medically necessary just to talk things through with her. She was very informative, real, and caring.

From point of suspected cancer to confirmation and total excision, only two months passed, delayed only because of three national holidays. At every turn, I was met by confident, knowledgeable, and skilled staff. I am well today because of the concern for my overall physical & mental health.

Cory Donovan is the most caring doctor I have ever seen. I went to other doctors for the same condition who didn't want to answer my questions thoroughly. Dr. Donovan explained everything that was happening to me and what the implications were. She empowered me to feel good about the decisions I was making about my health. Everyone in her office is kind and supportive. They got me in for an initial appointment in less than a week when I was reeling in despair from a cancer diagnosis. I am grateful that I found Dr. Donovan.

Amazing
Dr. Donovan was amazing. She was the only doctor out of several appointments with several specialties, over a 3 month period, who actually went over my full cancer diagnosis and full treatment options. Not once had any of my other providers even shown me the imaging and test results let alone took the time to go over all of my options. I was given one option which was the most invasive one… until a nurse recommended that I see Dr. Donovan. She went over my full diagnosis, actually showed me the imaging and explained what was going on AND gave me options. My surgery with her was phenomenal and you can tell that she actually cares about her patients.

One of a kind
From the first visit with Dr Donovan you feel loved, hugged and you know you are in good hands. Having lived the cancer journey herself, she empathizes and has a great plan laid out. She is an excellent loving surgeon and does amazing breast reconstruction. She knows what to look for and does it in a caring way. She is one in a million. So happy my PCP recommended her! Even though the journey is difficult you trust her to help you in the best way. Her whole team (Kristin and Tarah) is also supportive and they all are wonderful at communicating and supporting you. Could not say enough about her team!

She has dismissed me multiple times. She has accused me of being a drug seeker when I complained of pain from an infection that has been left u untreated due to her accusations

Not only a skilled surgeon, also a personable doc!
From the very first visit, I immediately felt supported and comforted knowing my recent cancer diagnosis was in the care of a highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioner. She provided me with hope and direction in regards to the plan of attack. I truly felt lifted by her whole team. From Tarah, the PA, to the RN's, MA's and reception staff. Today I am cancer free!!!!
