This is my first experience with this facility and the staff, and as sad as the reason of these visits, I have good faith in their abilities, and knowledge in medicine that I am in great hands, that this experience will be good.

Dr. Zakerih was completely, and compassionately, focused on my health issues. She does not talk in absolutes and guarantees, but was reassuring and able to answer all my concerns. She has been a wonderful doctor to have during this difficult time.

Dr. Was great. She was VERY GOOD. I was in bad shape when I went into the exam room but came out so much better. She also called and checked up on me. She Is awsome.

She made me feel safe.

She explained all my options then listened to my needs. Dr Zakhireh made a plan that resulted in me being cancer free. I would trust her to take care of anyone that I recommended. She is compassionate and takes time with you. She will answer all your questions and even make notes. Once her job is done she makes sure that you know the next steps that should be taken and provides referrals if you need them.

Dr. Zakhireh was as kind and compassionate a person as I have ever known. She took so much time to make sure I understood all my options. She showed more compassion than most people I have ever known, and certainly more than any other doctor I have seen. I not only would but actually have recommended her to my friends and my family.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2021. In my first meeting with Dr. Zakhireh, she patiently sat with me and my husband for two hours explaining the biopsy results, the details of my cancer, all of the treatment options, and a timeline of what each step could look like. She explained the different surgical options along with the expected recovery. Her knowledge, compassion, gentleness, and encouragement overwhelmed me from the first visit. She continued to be as compassionate and gentle at each of the follow up appointments including answering very long lists of questions each time. On surgery day, she once again calmed all my nerves and communicated with my husband throughout the extensive procedure. Being diagnosed with breast cancer brought a roller coaster of emotions – none of them positive! But through it all I have looked forward to each of my visits with Dr. Zakhireh. She is very knowledgeable about ALL things related to breast cancer, not just the surgical part.

I have breast cancer. Almost a year ago I saw Jennifer Zakhireh for a double mastectomy WITH IMMEDIATE RECONSTRUCTION. I was very clear that I wanted it to start immediately. I refused to entertain any other option. She then referred me to a plastic surgeon who agreed to place expanders in during the mastectomy surgery. On the morning of the surgery - after the i.v. was already in - I learned that the reconstruction was not part of the plan. She took advantage of my vulnerable state. She tricked me. She lied and told me it "has to be done by Friday". Then she mutilated me. She was supposed to be my advocate, instead she was my enemy. And when I told her how I feel, I was treated with feigned concern but the clear message that she's the doctor and knows what is best for me. I don't think she really cares about the damage she has done. I hope this review helps someone else avoid the pain I am still going through.
