Staff was top notch ; doctor caring and expertise evident

Dr. Richman was extremely caring, professional, kind, knowledgeable and made my first visit an absolute pleasure. All of these positive attributes were consistent throughout my entire visit. Not only an excellent ENT, but Dr. Richman displayed a sense of humor, asked questions pertaining to my medical condition, both current & past, but showed interest in me as a person as we discussed our personal lives. I have not experienced this type of interaction with most physicians I’ve used for any of my ailments. Before I left his office, after my treatment, he asked multiple times, how I was feeling. To me, that was a huge positive and I would return to him when needed. As I stated previously, I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. I would also like to thank his staff too, they were all terrific.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Richman. He was very kind, informative, and patient with my (many) questions.

They were able to get me in quickly for an appointment and I was able to be seen and tested without waiting forever. It’s also fairly easy to get into the building and parked which I was concerned about due to its location.

Great waiting area with comfortable chairs and desks for working - but we weren’t there long. Brought back to the room for intake and then seen by Dr. Richman shortly after. Knowledgeable (as expected) and presented options clearly. Checkout was prompt and easy. Smooth process for our visit

As a new patient with a new element, my first visit with Dr. Richman provided the clarity and comfort I was seeking. Dr. Richman took time Ask many questions about my symptoms and listen to my answers intently. Following the thorough examination he Educated me the diagnosis and provided me with options. In addition to his excellent medical care, he was Kind and considerate. I will be following his protocol Optimistic about Healing.
