Dr. Senzon not only is very detail, he is very caring. He covers all bases and makes sure you understand. Calls back and follows up. I am very happy I found him.

Stafr is unprofessional and incompetent
Practice called to cancel my appointment for follow up to very expensive testing their office requested. They stated they were no longer in Humana network. That is NOT the truth as they are in the network until 12/1/23. I have been a patient for the past 3 years. The least they could do is 'no harm'. Humana confirmed they would accept my referral and would pay the claim for my appointment, but First Neuro refused to see me with Humana. When I asked to speak to the practice adminstrator, they put the call on hold and never came back on the line. If you are a patient here, just hope your life doesn't depend on the type of medical 'care' they provide. Horrendous lack of professionalism and medical Update: Provider called me to let me know they would reinstate my appointment to review results of the MRI they had requested. I went & realized Dr. Senzon wasn’t even reviewing my latest test results - he was re-reviewing a test done 3 mos ago and one he’d previously reviewed!! Good riddance!!!

Office assistant incompetent the worse experienced
I booked an appointment 2-3 weeks before for my dad I provided all his information and insurance. The day of the appointment I get there 30 minutes before and it takes 1 hr for her to tell me they don’t take my dad’s insurance. They made me lose 1 day of work and the opportunity for my dad to see a doctor. This is important he needs a doctor soon. When I questioned her her face said all she didn’t care that I lost a day of work and that my dad was not able to see the doctor.

Mike
Runs multiple tests if you convince him to and then tells you he has no clue what's wrong or where to go next. Your condition is getting worse and he just shrugs his shoulders and says "good luck"

DIDN'T TELL ME ANYTHING I DIDN'T ALREADY KNOW
Feel like all I did was get passed around to several doctors because they know I have insurance and money. I guess he did a good job and he might be a good doctor. However, money and time wasted. Had gone up north for the summer and came back to find they had placed me in collections. Tried to pay my bill with "them." When I called was passed to some other billing office that refused to take my payment and then passed off to the collection office that had a very annoying automated system. I'll never go back because honestly, he never did anything for me, the office staff is terrible and all they had to do was call me to get paid.

Dr. Senzon takes the time to assess your condition and is personable. I'd give his practice a 5 based upon that alone HOWEVER, his female front desk person lacks anything that resembles basic politeness. If you don't mind being treated poorly by office staff while receiving good medical care then Dr. Senzon is your guy

Our family trusts Dr. Senzon! He is the best neurologist in South Florida and we highly recommend him. He took amazing care of my mother and healed her of her myasthenia gravis which no one else could diagnose. He explains things so that you understand.

Dr Senzon himself is a great physician, but frankly his staff makes the experience so terrible that I will never return. On countless occassions, my PC doctor & I have tried to retrieve my medical results, and schedule new appts from his assistant who has failed to fulfill her promises to do so. I have a very serious issue that was compounded by an allergic reaction to the rx. I am concerned that the office's inability to handle patient issues in a timely fashion could put patients in jeopardy.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Senzon?
Dr. Senzon is an excellent physician. He is sharp, thorough in examining as well as in creating a plan of Investigation and treatment. He is compassionate and very personable. His receptionist, however, does not match his demeanor. She is difficult to work with as she often demonstrates impatience and rudeness towards the patients. A better representation of the office by a more professional, personable, well spoken receptionist would certainly earn it 5 stars.

Dr. Senzon took a list of symptoms, a physical examination, and many test results to come up with a diagnosis that changed our grandmother's life. So many years of being misdiagnosed was frustrating for her but once she met Dr. Senzon, her prayers were answered. His compassion and patience with her were truly admirable.

As an RN I really appreciate that Dr. Senzon welcomes his patients and escorts them back to be examined, he focuses on the person not just their health problem. He represents what a true physician should demonstrate. He apologized for a bit of wait.
