It took me a long time to write this. I went to this “”Doctor” when I was pregnant and leaving my highly dangerous and abusive spouse. I was afraid and tried to explain this to her. She said nothing but stared at me with judgement, contempt, and cold callous disregard. She left the room and had other people deal with me. I wouldn’t trust her to deliver puppies.

Dr. Bindner always makes sure to listen to what I have to say instead of just rushing through my appointment. She always speaks in terms I can understand and leaves me feeling better after my appointments!

If you have had or have endometriosis, read this: Dr. Binder operated on my wife twice to remove endometriosis and disease persists to this day, despite Dr. Bindner’s assertion that a total hysterectomy is the definitive treatment. Consultations with other two specialists have revealed that this doctor is likely not qualified to successfully remove endo.

Dr. Binder took time with me and my husband, answered all of my questions without rushing me. The billing side is the worst. Over charged me and tells me your insurance company lies to you. First visit charged me $90, and my insurance company has informed me not to pay anymore copay. COB confirmed they overcharged me. Worst thing is the hostile rude behavior from the office staff who collects co pays and the billing department. Depending on my next visit, I may have to change OB's.

I have been a patient for over 20 years, and have recommended Dr. Bindner and Carolina Ob/Gyn many times. I never feel like I'm being rushed out of the exam room. Dr. B is the best!

I have never been treated so badly in my life. Dr. Bindner was supposed to give us an anatomy scan yesterday to check our daughters growth, as well as check for any abnormalities. These scans should last AT MINIMUM 30 minutes, yet ours was less than 10 minutes. For reference, our scan with our son was an hour long. She rushed through the scan and left us very uncertain about our daughter's health/growth. I am extremely disappointed in the level of care that was provided. We will be switching OBs

Visit with Dr. Bindner was fine. My issue is with her staff. Met with Dr. on Monday, she told me prescriptions would be called in for me to my pharmacy by the end of the day. It's now Thursday still nothing. Spoke to 2 different people at the office (Wed and Thurs) to find out what was going on. Promised follow up calls, still nothing. Same thing happened a year ago. Unacceptable. If I return to,this office, I will not leave without a written prescrption.
