My experience with this faculty has been exhausting. It costs a fortune in time to be able to speak with a representative. A call back request from a nurse was made on a Friday and not responded to until I initiated another call on Monday. After 2 emergency room visits, a referral to a specialist was not suggested and following the second ER visit I requested an emergency referral from my provider. The RECEPTIONIST gave me an exceptionally difficult time and went on to tell a story about her Uncle and that the ER doctor's referral was sufficient to see a specialist. It isn't. It took a phone call from my insurance company to generate a referral. Dr. Garner seems to be completely uninterested and unconcerned about my heath or care. In my opinion her bedside manner is that of a disinterested physician who would rather not be doing her job. I would have given half a star had it been an option.

She has been my doctor for many years. Though I now live a hour and a half from her office, I won't switch to another provider. She's kind, she listens, she lets you know she believes what you're feeling even if there's no simple answer. And she has a way of making you feel comfortable.

I don't. Left Exam room and announced loudly what my health issue was. After her Nurse did same thing. "We have ____ in there'" (HIPAA anyone) Never really said how to fix anything. Just take care of it & let me know how it goes. Frustration level with her attitude & lack of skill as Doctor. Shrug shoulders a lot. I visited her 3 times for different issues. Tried to give benefit of doubt. They both are quite disrespectful.

I so appreciate the efficient, timely, and knowledgeable care provided to me by Dr. Garner. She's affiliated with a group that is focused on patient care in a state-of-the-art facility with immediate access to lab services and other specialties. I haven't needed urgent or emergency care, but appointments are easy and Dr. Garner didn't make me wait while I was shivering in a paper gown. There's a level of patient courtesy that I haven't experienced before.
