Stellar doctor with all star team
Dr. Leung has been my GI doc for 15 years, conducting several colonoscopies, endoscopies and related procedures. At every turn she has been deeply empathetic, thorough and exactly. Her team have been very helpful with insurance issues, shout out - Jeff, and caring with unpleasant procedures -- shout out Jessica and Tatiana.

Dr. Leung and her team are disorganized, slow to respond to questions and to schedule appointments, and expect the patient to do their work for them when it comes to retrieving medical records from a former doctor. They’re sloppy and forgetful, even once they have the medical records, they don’t look at them. Dr. Leung did a medical procedure without consulting my previous records, which were necessary to the procedure.

Not at all helpful. Kept on changing the schedule and told zocdoc.com as an inaccurate website. I have used multiple times zocdoc.com web site to book appointment with other doctors and never had an issue. Also, they won't take any phone calls. We don't have any option to know what is happening with schedule. Most of the time it is getting canceled at the last minute.
