very cold, came into the appointment 1 hour and 15 minutes late, no introduction or greeting, very short and quick, seemed disinterested in the questions I had and the issues I brought up regarding my pregnancy

I've been going to Dr. woollen for almost 20 years, I usually just see her once a year, yet she remembers all of my family members and where they are and what they are doing, she is very personable and caring.

Dr. Woollen doesn't connect well and as a result I don't really trust her, which I think is important in an OB. I've had difficulty scheduling appointments. Dr. Woollen doesn't seem to know much about my medical history or take interest in things going on in my pregnancy. I have to ask about test results at appointments.
