Thorough, asked many questions, answered all my questions, actually checked my ears and brought in nurse to irritate (clean out the wax) .. Five Stars

The Absolute Best!
I was fortunate enough to have met Dr. Favreau years ago when I visited a City MD in Manhattan. Without going into specifics. I found her to be kind, professional, caring and she was the ONLY physician of many who effectively addressed my issue. I don't know where all these negative comments come from, but my gut impression was she really cared. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Worst Doctor Visit
Dr. Favreu-Herz made a lasting impression on me in the worst possible way. She is the rudest, most unprofessional, uncaring doctor I've ever encountered. She walked in and rushed the nurse to finish the initial evaluation (didn't even say hello or greet me in any way). Proceeded to give me major attitude about my 'lateness' when I came in ahead of time, though all the people at the front desk were busy and this delayed my check-in. She asked what brought me in, and I said for my annual physical and one or two health complaints. This got her riled up, she raised her voice and said I can't do both, I'm either here for one or the other, so which one is it. I choose the physical to get it over with. I wouldn't trust her addressing my health concerns at this point anyway (even though they should've been part of the physical...). The physical was barely even a check-up, not thorough at all. Coldest doctor encounter and most unpleasant visit. DO NOT RECOMMEND IN THE SLIGHTEST.

A Lucky Escape
I was looking for a provider to build a partnership, not one who stormed into the room with an angry voice, and negative comments about past treatment from another member of the same AdvantageCare network. My one visit with Dr. F-H felt adversarial, my questions and opinions irrelevant. I am glad to have escaped before making this doctor my PCP.

Unprofessional
Dr. Herz WAS my PCP when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She’s quite glib. Between 1-2 weeks pass after my breast biopsy. Reached out to her via messaging to find out my results. She told me to “reach out to the Dr who did biopsy.” (Isn’t that HER job?) After pathologist told me I had cancer, AGAIN reached out for referral of an Oncologist. Asked for an Oncologist outside of Advantage Health. Dr. Herz stated “ I don’t know any oncologists outside Advantage Care.” Dr. Herz’ behavior was egregious. Stay FAR away.

Dr Favreau is fantastic!
I had my first check up with Dr. Favreau-Herz today. She's personable, witty and pleasant to chat with but also super thorough in asking questions regarding my health. She even caught a vaccine that I was overdue for so I received that today!I know from Doctor friends that time-keeping is something they have to do. Reviews complaining about this are rather ludicrous, in my opinion. Being advised on pricing is a courtesy as well. She's passing along information. Again, nothing to complain about. Doctors are also responsible for judging whether medication is needed or not. I guess people just get upset when they don't get what they want. Dr. Favreau-Herz went above and beyond in our appointment to extend courtesy, professionalism and care, while making the appointment entirely pleasant and-- dare I say, friendly again, how people used to be back in the day!

Primary Care Provider Review
I don't understand the tone and tenor of *any* of the negative reviews. I have been seeing Dr. Favreau-Herz for two years and find her to be incredibly detailed and compassionate. She leaves no stone unturned in making the correct diagnoses and offers a wealth of guidance to prevent any future/related health problems. I strongly recommend her!

Rushed and not polite
Appalling. I generally felt rushed in the past, but recently her bedside manners were so bad that I felt actually insulted. No empathy, no questions, no explanations, rude comments, I have really tried but I’m going to go to a different practice.

Unprofessional and unempathetic
Waited 3 mos for her to be rude and dismissive. Appt. Rescheduled to accommodate her vacation, then she has no time. Pressure high but she has no time to discuss all your concerns without you even addressing one of them. Very dissatisfied. After she is dismissive has the nerve to say "you have a choice, you can stay or you can go." I'll be leaving, not paying you, and writing this review in case you cause my demise.

Witch
During the pandemic, while I was home with a newborn, would not prescribe me medicine remotely and required me to come in to NYC to see her in person. Hung up on me, mid-remote appointment.

Totally great Doctor, I just had my first visit with her the other day. I found her bright, knowledgeable, and very conscientious. She is serious, and I liked that about her. That means she is paying attention to my health.

Similar to another reviewer, Dr. Favreau was extremely rude and cut off the telehealth visit by saying I was late (even though I had begun the check-in process 15 minutes ahead of my appointment) and that she could not answer any further questions. Absolutely no need and very unprofessional to point fingers or lay blame on a patient! I was caught off-guard by the whole situation as I was unaware that telehealth visits were only 15 minutes in duration. Instead of playing a blame game and actually cutting me off mid-sentence (!), I recommend that in future this doctor simply and POLITELY explain the time limit and suggest scheduling another appointment. Not much to ask from a supposed professional. But seriously, to actually cut off the video while I was speaking??!! Just wow...

She was rude. Falsely accused me of being late (actually I was 15 minutes early and her staff just wasn't on top of things). Also glibly remarked I might get charged up $5,000 if I mention any "recurring" issues during the appointment as I was reading a list of health issues I wanted to mention during a physical, as if it was whatever haha. She also told me she's going for the real estate degree. Like why the heck are you in medicine if you want to go rip people off in real estate next? Also got no answers on any of the health concerns I had. Waste of my time and money.
