Did Not Honor My Appointment
On May 9th, I booked a new patient appointment for June 23rd. Was left a message by Dr. Kindt’s office on May 25th saying that he will no longer be accepting new patients after June 17th and I would have to reschedule. However, when I called to reschedule, they said there were no open appointments before June 17th so he would no longer be able to see me. I struggle to understand how not honoring your existing appointments is good practice as a medical provider.
