Dr Hiersche altered the medical chart to claim he had seen me when he had not. He added to the chart an office visit that never took place so as to claim that I had reported my foot was better following surgery when it was not. The date he chose for the fictitious appointment I was in Seattle, far from Ellensburg, with proof of being in Seattle.
