Dr. Olson has treated me several times for broken leg and hip. He always knows what to do.

Timely, on target, prepared, staff nice, helpful, doctor looks a person in the eye. Didn’t feel rushed or pushed. Felt safe.

Dr Olson has treated my right knee for the last 2 years, culminating in a total knee replacement. He took a very measured approach, spending as much time as we needed to talk about all of our options and working out easy up gradually to the replacement. His focus was always on what I wanted and needed. He is very patient and a good communicator. Surgery went very smoothly. Great nurses and office staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

On the day of my surgery, from the moment I walked into the NWOS waiting area, checking in was very easy, then when I went back to be prepped for surgery every attending nurse up to the chief anaesthetician was extremely courteous, kind, gentle and absolutely professional. Every procedure up to and including my surgery was explained clearly to my complete satisfaction and understanding. Dr. Olson is the consummate professional, again he talked me through all of the steps of my surgery, and what to expect afterwards, including any possible risks. I could not have had a better experience and could not recommend Dr. Olson and the entire medical staff at Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists any higher. Simply put, they are the best. I rate them 10 stars.

Great surgeon, personable and thorough with excellent judgment.

Dr. Olsen and his staff made my procedure feel safe and provided excellent care during my pre-op and recovery. I was given thorough information and many opportunities to ask questions. Dr. Olsen and his staff gave me excellent care and made it known to me that I was a priority. The procedure went smoothly and I was amazed at how quickly I was home recovering.

Dr. Olsen, as always, is thorough. He listened well, trying to understand the issues surrounding my excruciating knee pain; and he quickly identified a solution. He's articulate in his explanations and compassionate in his care. I feel fortunate to be a patient of his because I know I'm always going to get first-rate care from knowledgeable, kind physician.

Dr Olsen is very thorough and takes time to explain everything that they will be doing. He did my elbow surgery three years ago and has followed up on my progress every year. My knee surgery went very well and his staff and all the surgical team were top notch. I would highly recommend Dr Olsen for any ortho surgery you need. I especially appreciate having the surgery done in their Surgery Center and not having to go to the hospital where there is a lot of sickness. Thank you Doctor Olsen and your whole team.

You could not ask for a better physician and surgeon! I trust him completely, and he proved himself true with my rotator cuff surgery. He informs, gives options and lets you decide your course of treatment. He does not push or sway you one way or another. He lays out all the outcomes, with no surprises. Once I choose surgery, he even said "if you change your mind, that's o.k., just give me a call". He really takes time to explain things in a way that you understand, then prior to surgery he does it all again, to ensure you understand. I truly believe he cares for the patient and is not just doing it to make money, but because he cares for you and giving you a better quality of life. He has a great team, and his surgical assistant Jennifer Hall ARNP is so helpful and knowledgeable. I trust her completely also, and I see her for office visits too!

Dr Olson and his team have done a great job helping me with a full rotator cuff tear. From preop visit with Jennifer Hall ARNP, to surgery scheduling, billing office, preop calls and day of surgery, the entire experience has been the best. Dr Olson explained everything he did in surgery, with not just his expertise but with a caring and compassionate way. Top notch team!
