Clinic bills above and beyond insurance
I did a sleep study and had mild sleep apnea. I choose a CPAP. At all visits, there was always additional out of pocket fees over insurance even though I have the gold PPO plan. The visit with the tech for them to show you how to use the device is $280 out of pocket plus a copay. It's a 10-20 appt with a technician. Not a doctor. There's a phone app you need to install to run the device. I wasn't informed or shown that. I used the device for one night and then returned it. They can see device usage and still billed me for two months. The clinic seems very well equipped to figure out how to bill at the maximum and not geared towards patient care.

Dr Norman's office is horribly run.
Very frustrating experience...after my sleep study it was hard for me to get information, products, follow up appointments, any care at all. The did bill my insurance thousands of dollars however.

Waste of time and money
My appointment with Dr Norman was fine. He said I needed a home sleep study and someone from his office would call me. One month later, and multiple calls and emails- I've heard NOTHING. I cannot get anyone from Dr Norman's office on the phone. They sent me a bill. That's it. It was a total waste of time and money. I found an online option for a home sleep study and considering I cannot trust Dr Norman's office to return a phone call in a month's time, I will use an online doctor to get my sleep study and CPAP machine.

In four months of seeing this doctor I saw him once for five minutes, that I saw his nurse practitioner for 15 minutes. I have an appointment that I waited 3 1/2 weeks for, the day before the appointment they canceled it, saying it was unnecessary and then called me back five minutes later to tell me I had to see the doctor and schedule an appointment… then told me I could see him in two weeks. When I was there last time they had a closed-door meeting where there was yelling involved, and the office manager came out to talk to me with no mask on, in a medical facility, during the pandemic. I don’t care if this doctor is a genius, this is one of the worst run medical offices I’ve ever been to. The office staff, the office manager are all awful

Dr. Norman correctly diagnosed and treated my sleep disorders. Also, when my health insurance initially declined to pay for an effective, albeit expensive, prescription, Dr. Norman’s dogged persistence subsequently overcame their objections. [The medication (not an “upper”) enables me to remain alert and focused during critical times.] Additionally, the technicians and office staff are friendly, conscientious and thoughtful, providing very good service.

Go someplace else! Seriously bad "customer service." Long waits (weeks) for a FOLLOWUP appointment to a sleep study. They don't call you back; I left two messages over seven days and no one called me back. Just a badly run place. Very unprofessional and uncaring. They seem only concerned about getting you or the insurance company to pay up. I have never been treated so poorly at a doctor's office. I deeply regret going here but I'm stuck now having forked out $1200 for a CPAP machine.

I did not have a good experience visiting Dr. Norman. While I found the front desk staff to be friendly and efficient, the same could not be said of Dr. Norman. First off, my appointment was at 2 pm, I showed up early and with my new patient forms competed in full. My co-pay was taken and at 2:25, I was shown to an office where my vitals were taken. I was told the doctor would be right with me. At 240pm, the doctor came in. The appt felt rushed and I left feeling very unsatisfied with the appt.
