Dr. Ratcliff worked up my issue. Thorough, professional. Extremely intelligent and invested in patient outcome. Chief of medicine at large Austin's hospital sent me to Ratcliff. I see why. Great doctor.

Years ago, I had previously received a septoplasty from a different doctor in the Austin area and had less than great results. My breathing was still highly compromised and I still had numerous sinus infections throughout the year. Fast forward to today and Dr. Ratcliff performed a septoplasty and turbinate reduction. After the initial recovery period, my breathing is unbelievable! He definitely knows what he’s doing and the results show. His friendly down to earth persona made the whole experience perfect. Thank you Dr. Ratcliff!

Dr Ratcliff's office was in chaos and his interpersonal behavior was unacceptable. There was a large disconnect Dr. Ratcliff said and his staff. Dr. Ratcliff's office gave the anesthesiologist's office my insurance with a one digit typo, which took me two years to clean-up. The worst was Dr Ratcliff's behavior. Before my surgery, he seemed like a nice person and after my surgery he turned into a unhappy bully- it was like Dr. Jekell and Mr. Hyde.

Dr Ratcliff has a knack of explaining things professionally and thoroughly while being friendly and empathetic, great bedside manner. I always leave with a clear course of instruction/prescription and understanding of what my next steps should be. Appt's are easy to make, don't let the voicemail responder put you off: whoever does the messages on the machine comes off a little mansplain-y: I get it, assistant lady, people never listen to instructions, I get it. V. happy with the doctor though.

Dr. Ratcliff is a great doctor. I wish he was my GP or Internist. He solved some problems I was having when my GI and Internist doctors didn't bother to listen to me. He listens to his patients. He is the best.

Dr. Ratcliff is a very personable doctor, who remembers things about your life. He always asks how my year is going as a teacher and we always chat about his kids. He listens well and even helped me to get to a correct doctor for an autoimmune issue.

I have been seeing Dr. Ratcliff for over a couple of years for nasal polyps. I had surgery two years ago and unfortunately, they returned about six months ago. After trying to control them and being unsuccessful, i decided to go through with surgery again. I had it done on Monday morning and he called me at home, not once but twice, that day to check on me. His bedside manners are fantastic and goes beyond his call of duty ensure his patients are doing well. I would highly recommend him!
