Dr. Leven did my neck surgery 6 years ago and I have a herniated disk on my spine... after my MIR he referred me to get a cortisone injection...which has been a few days and the pressure is gone off my hips... but I won't hesitate to have him perform my back surgery if necessary... which is only a one

Dr Leven has helped me for a month now. He reviewed my MRI and said I was an anomaly, I shouldn’t have been able to complete day to day functions with the size herniation I had. He explained all my medical options thouroughly and we can tonthe conclusion that surgery was needed. He performed an L4 and L5 laminectomy, now almost two weeks later nearly all of my pain relating to the laminectomy is gone and I am in the recovery stage. Dr Leven has helped give me a normal pain free life again.

i had a spinal fusion back in november of 2017 with Dr. Leven. the procedure took place in a very shady looking surgery center out in jersey city from which i was released from the same day. Two weeks after the surgery, i started experiencing a horrible pain radiating from my hips. i came to Dr. Leven about this pain and he told me that it was normal and part of the recovery process. the pain has gotten worse. im having another spinal fusion aug 9th to fix his mess. the screws were loose!

Dr Leven is a very caring Dr that listens and communicates very well the options for treatment, He also is an amazing Surgeon!
Dr Leven did my lumber artificial disc replacement with Prodisc and that is a very complex surgery that most Drs will not touch due to complexity's, however Dr leven did it very successfully! Awesome job and skill set and would recommend 100%

There aren’t any words to say how grateful I am to have had Dr. Leven do my back surgery. I was so nervous because the back is a very fragile area. But with Dr Leven explaining with his words and providing me with internet information to understand better the procedure which was a Lumbar 4 and 5 made me feel confident. He is a very sincere , honest doctor and knows his profession very well. He puts his patients first and I have been healing gracefully and thank you continue the great work you do
