He was very rude and just outright mean. I have never had anyone talk to me the way he did and for no reason. He is the most unprofessional person. I will not even refer to him as a medical professional because he acts like an arrogant pompous man that is only worried about getting off work by 5pm and is mad if you even ask the slightest questions. No surprise here that he has 2.8 out of 5 stars. He needs to change professions and work in a place he doesn’t have to be nice to people. Maybe a lab working with non-living organisms so he can’t upset them and ruin their day. Honestly cannot believe he even got accepted to medical school.

I love Dr. Beltran. He is extremely caring about what is going on with me. I had to have neck surgery in Dallas and he wanted to know everything. Even on a surgery that was not neurology related, he wanted to know everything to make sure I was being taken care of. He will be my neurologist from now on.

Dr. Beltran is very rude. He was short and dismissive with anything I had to say. I was at the clinic with my husband. He asked me to leave when I didn’t answer a question like he wanted me to said I was uncaring. What? Really? This man needs to retire.

Office staff are nice. Dr Beltran is a good doctor and is good and out referring out if he feels the problem is something he's not able to treat. He'sfrom the "old school" when docs were looked up to almost as a diety by some. So, he can come off as seeming a bit arrogant. I don't think it's anything personal, just who he is. Also, I think pressure from insurance companies dictating what doctors can & cannot do is more stressful on the older docs who remember being able to make own decisions.

I'm currently a patient of Dr.Beltran and I recommend you stay away from hiss practice. This is the most unprofessional office I've ever dealt with. I had a referral by my primary doctor and I had to follow up with Beltrans office to schedule, he ordered a sleep study but I had to keep calling office to because they schedule but couldl not tell you when. I was finally gave me info after several call so from me. It's been weeks and after my study and office will not return my call. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Our visit to dr. beltran was an experience we would not want anyone else to have. After a very tragic automobile accident (caused by a drunk driver!) and the diagnosis of a Traumatic Brain Injury, the primary care doctor made this referral to dr. beltran. He was extremely arrogant and demeaning in his approach, and upon being asked very sincere questions, simply responded, "You can go elsewhere if you wish!" This man seems to have lost his perspective on caring for people.

TERRRIBLE, TERRIBLE DOCTOR. I was very, very ill, not responding to the treatment for Myasthenia Gravis, and my daughter asked a simple question, and he went off on her. He yelled at her, stating that he had spent hours of time researching and trying to figure out how to treat me, and if I hadn't shared that information with her, that was not his problem. I was so sick that he was readmitting me to hospital that day, and did not need this stress. Even as I was in tears, he kept yelling.
