I have only known Dr. Heiser a few weeks but if you want straight answers and a knowledgeable doctor this is your guy. He goes the extra mile to give you the best care and puts you in a relaxed comfort zone. I would highly recommend Dr. Heiser.

I've been a patient of Dr. H's for many many years now. He diagnosed me with frequency and prescribed a long-term low grade AB along with a drug that suppresses urges since I don't have a problem with leaking. Typically I deal with his LPN who is a sweetheart, but he surprised me this month by walking into my exam room ~and~ using an ultrasound on my kidneys and bladder to inspect them. As a "maintenance" patient, I didn't expect that! I see him once a year to make sure things are good. Each visit he takes an urine sample to test. He provides a standing order for urine lab work for me to stay on top of any infections (which is why I was sent to him originally by my PCP). I leave the office with the next appointment scheduled a year out. The biggest downside? Bring a book to the waiting room. My appointment was at 10, and I believe I was seen sometime after 11-11:15. The office staff is amazing, they have a good call back speed and it's convenience his office has a free valet.

I waited over 2 hours my first visit. Did not even look at me when telling me I had kidney cancer. Then for my visit after surgery on my paper it said I had kidney stones . The only reason I went back is because he sent me to a great kidney surgeon at Cleveland clinic . I will not be going back to Dr Heiser

Dr. Heiser is very good at what he does and helped me through a tough time with compassion and kindness. He took the time to always explain what would be going on and the hopeful outcome. His office visits are on the long side but that is because there are many patients and I believe he is trying to take the time necessary with each one. He also has other staff there that can help also and have been very helpful to me. I will continue to see Dr. Heiser as I need.

Knows his business but has an arrogant approach; does not value his patients' time. On 2 of 3 office visits I waited 1 hr and 15 minutes each for him to appear on scheduled appointments, which is unacceptable, especially given that he does not apologize for his tardiness, but instead expects patients to be accepting of his style of office management. He did not review my previous medical history provided in advance via my email and denied having it but his staff admitted having it for 2 weeks.

Dr. Heiser has been persistent in following in chronic problems that I have had in his area. He remembers my case and me and treats me as an individual rather than as a classic set of symptoms. I respect and appreciate his care and attentiveness.
