Medicare told me doctors are never supposed to collect deductibles. He did. Now I have been overcharged. Ive called 5 times and no one ever called me back. Called Medicare and this is called an assignment violation and he has been reported. Today Mary from doctor called back. When I told her I would never pay the deductible upfront again, she told me to take my business elsewhere. Since I was a new patient I had questions about some of the things doctor and I discussed so I had called 4 times and left word but no one called me back. I had to push thr button as if I was making an appointment to speak to anyone. Very poor service and horrible attitude

Dr. Hernandez is exceptionally well-informed, clearly explaining all the nuanced mechanisms of action involved with asthma, COPD and the various medications and treatments. He is among those rare physicians who treat with intelligence, compassion and the wisdom of experience. If you have any questions, you will receive a clear, thorough and knowledgeable answer from the life-long learner that he is. The support staff is also congenial & efficient.

Had breathing test before visit. Dr Hernandez explained results and what they meant for me. He communicates well and takes his time to assure you are comfortable with the visit. His staff is supportive and very kind. My condition has improved since seeing Dr Hernandez.

The doc was fine, unfortunately his office staff is less than...I called a week before my appt to cancel it because I still had to get the CT; they canceled my PFT instead, then tried to charge me 50 bucks for not canceling. sorry doc you are fired because your staff are idiots. I hope you don't treat all your disabled veteran patients this way.

I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment, which was great! Seeing that he spends as much time with each patient as the patient requires. He is knowledgeable, highly experienced and kind.
