I found him to not only be knowledgeable and professional, but seemed to be truly concerned about me as a person. I felt I was in the best hands possible. His surgical team was superb as well.

Great doctor/surgeon. Always upfront about my diagnosis. Made sure I knew that he had a plan of care and how he would carry out that plan. I would like to know where he is practicing as of December 2021.

Dr. Mason treated me for an elevated left diaphragm that resulted in a nonfunctional left lung. He is a truly remarkable surgeon!! Since I was one of his patients at Cleveland Clinic, I followed him to Dallas TX for the operation necessary to return me to good health. Not only did I follow him, his whole team (thanks Emmy & Jim) followed him to Baylor Medical Center. I owe the man everything for giving me another chance at life!! Baylor Medical was also quite amazing!!

What a wonderful physician. I can not say enough good about my experience with Dr. Mason. He communicated with me in a manor that was easy for me to understand and he instilled in me a level of confidence that my healthcare was important to him. I will highly recommend Dr. Mason to my family and friends if the need ever arises.
