Simply the BEST and a very nice man.

I had an appointment at 8:15 and sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes. I was finally taken back to the procedure room where I laid there for another 20 minutes with an LED light shining right in my eyes. Two medical assistants came in and out of the room NUMEROUS times and NEVER spoke to me. No Hello, How are you doing? Nothing! Dr. Pratt FINALLY came in and was in and out in about 5 minutes. I had to ask all the pertinent questions and out he went. No wonder he sees 50-60 patients a day. The center should be called The Aesthetic Surgery Factory!

The staff were all friendly and attentive, but I am very unhappy with the results of my surgery. During my consultation we agreed to a lower-lid blepharoplasty and one stitch in the corner of each upper lid to tack down a little puffy spot. I ended up with an incision clear across both upper lids. The scar on the right eye is obvious above the crease and has a small pucker. The one on the left is in the crease but has several puckers. Both little puffy spots are still there. I brought up my surprise at the upper lid incisions as I was leaving after surgery, and my concerns about the puckered incisions in every call and appointment. At no point did anyone acknowledge that this was not what I had agreed to, and I was always told the puckers would smooth out. Now, 6 months later, my eyes look rumpled and old, and I am self conscious about my appearance. I do not recommend this doctor.

Saw Dr. Pratt because my eyes were tearing for months. He was kind and explained the surgical procedure to me. I'm not 4 months post-op and haven't had any issues since. He's an A+ in my books.

I had full facial rejuvenation with Dr. Pratt. I am so thrilled with my results, I look naturally younger. I had a facelift, brow lift and upper and lower eyelids done. Everything looks fantastic. The staff and Dr. Pratt were professional and friendly throughout my experience. I went to him because so many of my friends and colleagues had gone to him due to his exceptional reputation for his surgical skills and bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Pratt and his office.

Dr. Pratt did not give a thorough explanation of procedure to remove under eye bags. He told me it was a simple fix and that he would make a small incision on inside of lower lid to remove excess fat. He also did an incision on sides of eyes which changed shape of both eyes plus the upper lids were changed creating a sunken socket. I would rather have my bags back than live with these sunken eyes.

I had a full face lift and upper eye lids done and laser resurfacing. The face lift was very natural looking but I was not happy with the eyelids. One eye was left shaped differently and smaller than the other. Under the eye a small swelling never went down and a lump remained near the temple which I have to cover with hair. When I mentioned the difference he stated the eye was always smaller. The laser resurface burned terribly and nothing could help the pain for the first week.

I had surgery to remove a tumor in my neck at 24 by another doctor. I am now 65. I had lost the contour to my chin and my neck was saggy and uneven due to the scar. Dr. Pratt rejuvenated my neck and face returning the contour I had lost. The old scar is not noticeable and the procedure left no new scars. He also reduced the sagging skin over my eyes and the bags underneath. I didn't feel as old as I looked before this surgery. I don't look my age any longer. I am very grateful and pleased.
