Attentive and Accurate
I had been misdiagnosed by an ortho and gone through almost two years of even more pain than what originally brought me there. The PT recommended I find a Neurologist. Long waiting time - 4 months to get it - but once there, Dr. Randall conducted a thorough physical and interview exam and was able to accurately pin-point (pun intended) my actual issues. He has since directly or via his intern(s) assisted me with getting proper specialists/treatment for my conditions and answered any/all questions thoroughly/timely. Friendly, professional, kind and a great sense of humor. Also seems to know a bit about medicine I would say.

Dr. Randall is a savior for me. Under his care, my myasthenia gravis symptoms have diminished, allowing me to function at near normal levels. He responds quickly to portal questions allowing timely medication adjustments. I am thankful that my Mayo Clinic neurologist referred me to Dr. Randall two years ago.

Dr Randall is excellent at making his patients feel comfortable and able to describe their symptoms fully. He listens well and I never feel rushed. I have several friends with the same chronic condition as myself and we all see him and agree that we’re in better shape than before he was our neurologist. I would highly recommend him!
