Poor bedside manner
I’ve been seeing Dr. Sigman for a long time and trust his skills, but in a recent visit, after he diagnosed a polyp in my bladder, that could be cancerous, I had questions, and submitted them through his portal. He telephoned me to tell me that he couldn’t be interrupted like this during the day and then he had 45 patients. Then he suggested that I come in for a conference to get all my questions answered. The latter point made sense, but telling me that he was too busy, and how many patients he had ended our relationship. In a subsequent phone call, he could not even see my point.

Thank you Dr. Sigman!
I and my family would like to express our immense gratitude to Dr. Sigman who's been treating my father Mikhail Zhalkovskiy for many years. He's a brilliant surgeon, amazing doctor and a wonderful person, always taking his time to listen to our concerns, discuss all the issues and explain the necessary treatment. We're grateful so much to have such a wonderful doctor to treat my father!

Not a good experience over a period of 6 months. Was told to take cranberry pills when the symptoms were pointing to Interstitial cystitis , never made the emphasis on acidic foods to eliminate even after cystoscopy and biopsy. Got my records transferred to another doctor , got to review the notes my self and the very first statement was false stating that I had urinary problems for many years caused by back pain. Do not recommend this doctor.

Appt. 10/17 @ 3PM. - This was scheduled as a routine, preventative annual check-up. There were no issues or complaints presented, no symptoms discussed, and no diagnosis or treatments of any kind offered. This should have been covered by my insurance @ 100%, but I was charged for a regular office visit without my approval and I consider this a form of theft. I tried to work this out and gave the office plenty of time to remedy this problem. I don’t want anyone else to fall a victim of this scam.
