Dr, Tsai is the Most Caring, Most Understanding Person, He Cares about Every facet of Your Life. VERY EASY to Talk with, and after He has become the Best Physician you have ever known, He will become a Best Friend! That is considerably More than the average Doctor in most Fields of Practice. You will Not find another Doctor with these attributes Easily, if at all. I would Recommend Dr. Tsai to Anyone who Needs the kind of Medical Care that I have described. Dr. Tsai does not only access your pain level during appointments but he talks to you & listens to what’s going on in your life! He takes into count the whole picture. He never rushes & always makes you feel important. That how you feel as a person & patient matters! Highly recommend!!

No long waiting periods..listens first to your health issues and then comes up with a plan of treatment just for your particular needs. Also, his staff is very friendly and caring.

I have been his patient for years and he is a thorough, caring and not only asks, but listens too. He keeps up with knowing me not just as a patient, but also as a person. I appreciate the doctor and his staff and also all the help from the on-site Physical therapisists. The whole team cohesively work great together!

Dr. Tsai is the most caring physician I have. There have been some times when I had trouble with getting my medication. He responded quickly. Also, they are doing some research on my current pain med and he takes the time to keep me informed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tsai for over two years. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr.Tsai for all of my family and friends. He has always taken as much time as I need to assist me with any questions or concerns I may have. More importantly, he LISTENS! I don't always find that to be the case today with all medical professionals. Dr Tsai and his staff go out of their way to insure that what ever my needs are, they are handled fully and professionally .

Dr. Tsai is very kind and a through doctor. He takes his time, respect, and really cares for his patients. I have recommended Dr Tsai to my family and friends. 3 of my family members got to him. When my young son comes with me. Dr Tsai even takes his time and answers his many questions. I can not say enough about him or the woman and men who work with him. Karen at the front desk will treat you with kindness and respect. I travel over 3 hours to see him. Thanks Theresa

Dr Tsai is a great doctor. He always takes time to answer all my questions and make suggestions on what to do..very professional , and very courteous. The staff is professional and works to get you the appointment that you need. I would recommend theeee doctor and his staff. I have done rehab also and the care you receive is great. If I have had any concerns they have been addressed immediately. This office is quality care at it’s best.

Dr. Tsai and his staff are the best. From the time you check in to the time you leave, you can tell they really care about you and they respect your time, as well. Dr. Tsai spends more time discussing my issues than most doctors and he truly gets to know the person as well as just looking at and addressing the symptoms. I would highly recommend Dr. Tsai and his staff.
