Clinic visit with Dr. Yaffee
Met Dr. Yaffee for a second opinion regarding aortic valve condition. He was fully informed of my condition , including having read all notes from previous cardiac team and recent echo cardio gram. My visit with him was 80 minutes and he was next level in explaining my condition, options for valve replacement and next steps. I would describe him as extremely patient, thorough, competent and experienced through our whole review and discussion. Am glad I went to him and feel very comfortable that he is on my case!

Dr.Yaffee is the best of the best. My check up visit was just as informative as my first visit prior to surgery. Dr.Yaffee explained everything that would be occurring as I heal. He also asked if I had any questions. He did not rush me. He was patient to understand my questions and was able to answer in terms that a layman can understand. Dr.Yaffee and his staff are efficient, courteous, and helpful prior to surgery and after surgery. A special shout out to Rose for all her help with explanations, and helping get the correct medications. I highly recommend Dr.Yaffee. I don’t believe there’s a better heart surgeon.

doctor Yaffee did a triple bypass on me in late january 2020.when he was done I woke up,thats a good start.5 days after surgery I was discharged.Within 6 weeks of my discharge I was up and doing many of the things I always did.now about 10 months later im still waking up thats what I call continuing success,I can do most anything I want,I can even do many things I dont want to do like walk 2 full miles without ever feeling winded or feeling the slightest discomfort.everyone who demands to see my scar marvels at how perfect the incision was made and how clean it has healed.I think Doc Yaffee is tremendous and im grateful to him and his remarkable skill. He does not have a lot to say and I dont like people so we hit it off great.
