When my Doctor retired, I was in need of a new family physician. I was very apprehensive, but Dr. Cohen dispelled all my fears. She is a wonderful and caring person. She is very knowledgeable, and took time to listen to all my concerns, answer all of my questions, and explain everything. I feel very fortunate to have found her, and I will recommend her to everyone..Also, every staff member at Outlook Family medicine was very friendly, caring and helpful. A wonderful group of people.

Dr. Cohen is great. Office staff is awful. I had labs done and they were coded incorrectly. As a result I received a $400 bill. I called the office and was told to bring in the bill because they needed to see coding. I didn't understand this because they are the ones that provided the coding! It's been a month and still no one returns my calls. I have received a past due notice from the lab and I'm sure the next notice will be to say that they are reporting this to the credit agencies. Thanks a lot Healthy Outlook.

I went through several PCPs before I found Dr. Cohen, and I'm so glad I did. I found her to be incredibly knowledgeable in medicine, perceptive to her patient's needs, and determined to help people, which I'm sorry to say is a rare quality in a physician. I wish her staff was as proficient as she is, but tolerating their shortcomings was worth it to be a patient of Dr. Cohen's. I can't recommend her enough.

Dr. Cohen is a very good physician. Her staff, on the other hand, are God awful. Good luck trying to simply get a referral! Three days & seven calls between their office & surgeon's. Allisa is a perfect example of who not to trust to get things done. Try another office. It's just not worth the stress.

I wish I could give zero stars. This business needs to state in BIG, BOLD LETTERS on every single one of their website pages that they DO NOT accept any self-pay patients. (Unless of course you're getting Botox or a chemical peel, which according to website is to be paid with either cash or Visa/MasterCard). Sorry I didn't need Botox. I just wanted to make sure my blood pressure was okay and have my general health checked out. You obviously weren't great for my blood pressure today. Appalling.

Nothing but good things to say about the care I have received and especially her ability to think outside the box. I was having calf pain which stopped me from exercising. Dr. Cohen suggested I see a orthopedist, which I did and was sent for a stat ultrasound - nothing was found. After trying many other things recommended by this doctor - some very painful - Dr. Cohen recommended a Cadiologist specializing in veins. Shortly after I had a stent placed in the femoral artery. All fixed!

I've been looking for a new primary care doctor and today I met Dr. Dawn Cohen for the first time & instantly knew I made the right choice. Dr. Cohen made me feel welcomed. She is warm, caring & really concerned about my health. She listened intently to my concerns, and made sure that all my questions were answered. I found her to be very knowledgeable. At no time did if feel rushed. Dr. Cohen is kind, considerate and I highly recommend her services.

Dr. Cohen was recommended by a neighbor, but I was appalled by her rushed manner and lack of interest and communication. She ran blood tests (which I knew I needed but had to ask her to do) and then never communicated with me when the results came in. When I called to ask about whether I should stay on a medication based on what looked like a normal lab result, She literally refused to respond told her assistant to tell me to make another appointment to "discuss" it. I will not be back.

Cohen doesn't seem to care about her patients. When I went into her office I felt like I wasted my money. I have found another doctor who is excellent at what he does and I won't miss Cohen one bit. I encourage you not to waste your time or money with this doctor. She used to care about your health. Now she only cares about your money.

I've been a patient of Dr. Cohen, since she began her practice. Her level of care, office staff, and empathy has drastically declined. On my last two visit, I was pushed through so quickly, all my questions were not addressed. I thought Dr. Cohen would become a great doctor, I was mistaken. She is only interested in the money and maybe interesting cases. I am looking for another physician who has what she lost.
