A Christmas tree was more important than patients and she’s came across rude

Terrible. Not only is she not friendly, the wait is long to get to the room then wait for her but she seems very disinterested. After having 22 yearly pap exams done in my lifetime by approx 5 diff drs, this is the first time that a doctor didn't collect enough cells. I had to find time to come back to the office to redo the pap. When I spoke with her about it, there was no apology that it is my time spent having to come back. I almost felt like it was an inconvenience to her. And even worse treatment and cold attitude when I was back in her office for the redo. She hardly spoke to me. I will never go back there again.

I truly believe GOD sent me her way. She will be performing my surgery Dec.2. She is a straight-forward doctor. I can’t wait to get my old self back. Keep doing what GOD called you too do.

I would not recommend Dr. Gray. She took over Dr. Westerholms Mansfield clinic and when I had my first visit with her, she was extremely cold and barely even looked at me. When it was time for my exam, she didn’t give me a warning or anything when she was about to insert the tools into my cervix. You wait in the waiting room for about 30 minutes and an additional 15 minutes in the room just for her to spend approx. 20 minutes with you. She only communicates through the Advent Health app. After exams, she walks out of the room and doesn’t tell you anything about the exam.. you just have to wait to view your doctors note. I highly recommend looking for another OBGYN. You would think a Doctor in this field to have some sympathy for her patients but just seems like we’re objects. I will not be going back.

Dr. Gray is a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and considerate physician. I've been a patient for more than a decade.

This is my first pregnancy, and after much research for an OBGYN, I came across Dr. Gray's practice, which had excellent reviews. But I was fooled by the reviews. During my first appointment, Dr. Gray was extremely dismissive, nonchalant, and annoyed. My appointment felt rushed, and she was not thorough at all. I was then taken to the ER, where I was diagnosed with subchronic hematoma and told that I needed to be seen right away. Her office got me in early, but when I arrived, she didn't ask me any questions about how I was feeling, and all she said was that this was normal. Because this is my first pregnancy, I am concerned about anything, especially heavy bleeding. Her office is unprofessional in general, and the energy is low. I would not recommend coming here. Dr. Gray made my first pregnancy memories terrible and left me worrying. I'm happy I found a new OBGYN that is thorough and shows compassion for her patients. I'd also like to note her front desk staff talk about patients.

I kept calling to ask ONE simple question about new post op pain and she never returned not one of my multiple calls. It wasn’t until I PAID to have an office visit that she saw me and still didn’t address my concern. She’s just money hungry and looking to rush the visit to rake up her cash flow with the several patients she has scheduled at the same time. She basically washed her hands with me and doesn’t want to help me since performing my operation. But she’s good for talking to you in a condescending manner to make herself feel better I guess…picking on the ill to get her rocks off. She has not helped me post op, refuses to call back or help with pain-so I’ll just contact the medical board with my complaints and see if we can get some answers then. I’m sure they’d love to know that instead of her caring for me post op, she just suggested I go to ER each time I experience this new pain, instead of being a good, professional physician who would attempt to find out why I’m in pain.

It was my first time going there and I would never return to such a place. Please stop treating patients without being courteous. It’s abnormal for a providers office.

Dr Gray is an excellent gynecologist and surgeon. She immediately spotted something that no other doctor could find or treat after years and years of discomfort and subpar medical treatment. She corrected the matter and performed the necessary surgeries that I needed for the specific situation I was in with stage 4 endometriosis. She was fun! And very knowledgeable. Unlike many doctors Dr. Gray made sure I was clear in my understanding of my options and care. She related everything well person to person and does not at all possess any arrogance or one down bedside manner. Although she is relatable, she is also amazing at the work she does. Don’t be fooled by her kindness into thinking she is ordinary. Her skills are every bit extraordinary even in difficult circumstances. This was my experience. Was informed that I am not allowed in the office I assume it was because I questioned the cash only payment method. Maybe hiding money....just saying!

I was recommended to see her by Dr Waggoner and dr gray confirmed polyps . I am faithful in believing God sends you to the right dr .

I took my daughter to see Dr. Gray after suffering for 4 years with heavy bleeding and pain. Dr. Gray immediately gave me a straight answer and offered several solutions, whereas I have been taking my daughter to other doctors who were unable to offer any relief. She was very professional, courteous, and extremely detailed in her explanation. She spoke in a language my 17 year old could understand. The office staff was friendly and the wait time was very minimal. I have found a new doctor.

Very dissatisfied with the quality of customer service I received from this staff and the doctor. On my first visit I was hit with a clipboard because I threw a changing gown away. On the second visit I was told to take off all my clothing but was not given a gown this time only a sheet to cover with. When I expressed to Dr. Gray how I didn’t like how I was being treated she immediately became defensive saying I didn’t need a gown for my visit and ignored my entire complaint. I will never return

She's a great doctor, she listens to your concerns without cutting you off. Her staff is nice, straight to the point about work. You won't be waiting forever. They made me so comfortable I felt like family around them. She's also very knowledgeable of her work and explains in detail what she will be doing. If there's something you don't understand she will explain it and give examples. Great choice for OBGYN!

Dr. Gray is a true blessing. Her great personality and positivity radiates from heart through her skin. From my first visit she has made everything so easy. I am truely blessed to have her as my doctor.TJ

Dr. Gray is very personable and makes sure that everything is going well. She will also call you back for an emergency sooner than later. Best Doctor ever!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. Love the atmosphere in the office, very warm and inviting.

some people she is really friendly towards. but with me she was luke warm friendly. sometimes she can be short with you when she answers your questions. Sometimes the receptionist will talk to you in a rude tone.
