Dr. Debbie Vigil, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Vigil for 2 years & she is such a wonderful doctor. Very caring and great at what she does. Her staff is amazing and very kind. I'm very happy with the care I receive from her.

Well, at least she called you to come in. I felt that I needed to see my MD because I had a vaginal bleed. The secretary/office manager/nurse told me I had to wait until my yearly exam was due. After I went in to see Debbie, I was called FOUR weeks later to let me know that I had an infection!! Debbie also send me for a mammogram. it's been over six weeks and I still don't know if I'm cancer free. I scheduled an appointment to see her, unfortunately I missed my appointment...it took 1 day to receive a bill in the mail for the missed appointment. I highly recommend you see another ob-gyn...I am.

I had to find an OB/GYN due to a change of insurance plans. This DR seemed sweet as can be until she required a follow up appointment just to tell me that my blood results were great. $40 for that. Something that could have been taken care of with a simple 20 second phone call or message. Then, I got a bill for the initial annual exam which is covered by all insurance plans. This piece of work charged me because she said we discussed my family history of cancer. MODERN DAY CROOK ladies. Never again.

Very good at what she does. She was able to remove my IUD after another doctor broke the string way up inside.

I have been seeing Dr Debbie since 1990 and I would never see anyone else. She is an amazing doctor, very thorough. She has great bedside manner. Her office is always so clean and organized. Her office staff is always very helpful and very nice/understanding.

This doctor is the worst I've ever been to. She over-billed my insurance and then billed me a lot of money for my annual wellness exam, which should have been no cost to me. When I pointed this out to the office manager, the office manager said, "Well in the 90s the doctor could make a lot of money and it was easy. Now she has to work really hard to make a lot of money." The doctor refused to answer my questions until I came back for a second "billable" appointment, which I will never schedule.

She is very thorough, caring and gets all referrals appointments scheduled for you. Staff is great they know how to treat patients, you leave feeling like a person not a number.

Misread first diagnosis with serious results. Gives standard Medical protocol 'responses' without much knowledge or interest in healthier (and successful) alternative approaches to womens' issues. *Cancelled my appointment on a Friday because she wanted to leave early (and I had taken off of work for the appointment) and re-scheduled for 7 weeks later for a serious condition follow up. I would not reccomend her.

I think Debbie is excellent and she's been my GYN for more than a decade. My daughter is 13 and now Debbie is her GYN, too, and she's great with my daughter! I recommend her without reservations.
