Matt basically called me a hypochondriac without saying it out loud. They’ve done nothing for me in the three years I’ve been going to see them.

I am 45 and Dr. Santos has helped me for 20 years with RA. I’ve moved out of state periodically over the years and returned to see him. And I miss him any time I am forced to choose someone else due to geography. He is compassionate, informed, and open. He has always made me feel heard and like we are on the same team to tame/manage this disease. I have been fortunate over the years to have had some excellent care, but no one has made me feel more understood and truly cared for than Dr. Santos. Cannot recommend him enough.

my first visit after waiting 4 months for an appointment Dr. Santos seemed very concerned was very thorough with his exam sent me for all kinds of xrays and blood work I really had hope that he was going to get to the bottom of all my issues. My follow up visit he did not even remember sending me for xrays he did not do a full review of my blood work or the xrays until I was actually in the office, he seemed very rushed and did not give me or my tests the time. I don't even think he reviewed all my tests he ordered? I walked away with $6,000 dollars worth of tests and no answers very disappointing to say the least

I love Dr. Santos. He is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. He really listens. I saw four other rheumatologists before him and felt that none of them listened to how I felt and that they wanted me to fit into the textbook patient. Great staff with Rudy and now his NP Christine.

I learned he is an egotistical liar! I asked him if a particular medication Zi took, could cause or exacerbate a condition I had with my hands & he said,” you take xxxx medication? I said it was in my medical records that he had since I first became a patient 4 years earlier. He immediately found a medical report that supported a condition known as Reynauds Phenomenon. Then he left the office - without further directions. I believe that the fact that the statement I made about having been his patient for 4 years embarrassed him in front of a Resident who was shadowing him. I ‘be noticed that he is a very different person when he has a subordinate physician following him! After calling the next day, He actually ‘LIED’ about telling me ‘repeatedly’ to stop using the medication. He flat- out lied! I’ve lost all respect for him & he is protected by an office that lacks ‘follow-up’ after tests that are done! He is a liar & can never recommend him again!

Dr. Santos is by far the most knowledgeable, precise, highly skilled and compassionate doctor I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve been a Lupus patient of Dr. Santos for over 20 years. He’s the young “0ld fashion “ type of doctor who takes his time with you, doesn’t pop in to see you for ten minutes, listens carefully at your concerns and addresses them. He also has an awesome staff. I highly recommend Dr. Santos for your rheumatologic care.

I have been seeing Dr. Santos for years. He is the best Rheumatologist I have found. He takes his time with you, listens to what you are saying and lets you ask questions. Yes, I have had to wait, but he always apologizes and I know it is because someone before me needed a little extra time. It is a shock and scary when you are told you have something wrong, that you can never get rid of and will only get worse! I cherish those extra minutes and comfort that he has given to me in the past!
