I wanted to get a physical and wanted it with another female doctor. The other female doctor was on medical leave so they made me an appointment with Dr. Yu. I was skeptical about seeing her since she has a bad review on here. She was not through at all with the physical. She only did one blood test on me. The others I had to request. She seemed as if she was rushed. Did not make me feel comfortable at all. Will not be coming back to this doctor. I am going back to Multicare.

Had a telehealth visit through Kaiser Permanente. She listened to me and addressed all my concerns as it related to COVID-19. I never felt rushed. She was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough.

Went for a wellness exam. First time at GH. Dr. Yu pushed an I.U.D so hard despite my disinterest that I felt as if she had a quota to fill in I.U.D sales. Being the first time we met, I went over all medications and conditions, one being hypothyroidism. She never once touched my neck. When I brought up anxiety medication, she pretended she couldn't hear me while using a stethoscope on my back. Then coded the appt. as diagnostic and I got a $700 bill. Unprofessional, awkward, not thorough.
