Thorough, Professional & Clearly Top Notch
Dr Frederickson, performed a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I have had about 7-8 Colonoscopies and numerous endoscopies at some of the best hospitals in Boston. Dr Frederickson's manner, thoroughness in explaining various medical concerns and obvious attention to detail, left little doubt as to the professionalism and quality of hi skillset. At St. Eves he is clearly a diamond in the rough, as I'd have expected to find him at Mass General or the Brigham. In short probably the best GI doc I have had.

Doctor is great staff has a lot to be desired!
The provider is excellent. This staff has a lot to be desired. They scheduled me for an office visit which I showed up for and received dirty looks. They said he is not in the office today! I said well maybe I made a mistake and they confirmed I was in the schedule but nobody contacted me. The office manager comes out and says she tried calling me but there was no response? My response was one of surprise as I work in healthcare and doctors call me everyday. What number did you call? She had a home number that had been disconnected for 10 years, I had a colonoscopy with this doctor 5 yrs ago. I was not pleased especially when she said i know its April but we can get you in maybe in August. I said forget it. I will find another provider. I have a hernia that needs to be addressed. I then called other providers in the network and all of them had my correct phone number in their system despite me never being in their office but my doctors office could not find a working phone number.

Was seen in August for testing. Dr. Frederickson was pleasant as was staff. HOWEVER, he has yet to call me back with results and/or return my phone calls.. it's DECEMBER. Office staff just keeps saying they will leave him a message. He never calls. Would not recommend seeing Dr. Frederickson.

My review is mostly about his staff. I met with Dr. Frederickson and had a positive experience. He listened to my concerns and gave me samples of a new medication to try. The medication was beginning to help and I was running low on samples so I called the office to have him call me in a script. My oharmacy called and said my insurance would not cover it all and I needed a pre authorization. I called and asked to speak to the doctor personally and requested a pre auth. He never called me and I neve received the medication. I figured I would try and speak to him at my next visit. My first visit I waited for over an hour to be seen. This visit was at 9:30 in the morning and I left my house in plenty of time. There was road construction that resulted in me being 7 min late. When I got to the window, I waited for 2 minfor someone to check me in. Then....I was told I had to reschedule. I was 10 min late for my 15 min appointed time. I was so angry. I won’t be rescheduling.

My son has severe classic autism and Crohn's disease. He is not the easiest patient to treat, but Dr. Fredrickson can handle this. There is a real problem with people who have severe disabilities obtaining care in the community. We were lucky to find Dr. Fredrickson.

This doctor is neglectful. I waited a long time in the waiting room all to see him for a few minutes. He barely listened to me and pretty much dismissed me. He did order a test for me to get done and I’ve called him multiple times to get my results and he never got back to me. I only switched doctors because I moved and I plan on going back to my old doctor, even though it will be an hour drive.

This guy closed his Norfolk office without notice and left me hanging. Would not trust my dog with this guy. Plus he was incapable of helping me.
