Went to see Dr. Fernandez in March with a toe infection and was told he needed do a biopsy and it takes 2 weeks to come back. He said over the counter would not do anything to cure it. The office would call when they come in. After waiting well over 2weeks I called and was told it came back negative. I asked why they didn't call and told they do not call if its negative. I was told I had to come in again. I did so and am still waiting for result. Horrible experience doctor and office.

Had a sharp pain in my foot. Went to this doctor. He treated my foot but did not help. For my second visit, I called on a Mon. and again on Tues. Was told I'll get a call back. Waited on Mon. Tues. Wed. Thurs. nope, no call backs. Fri. I called again. Finally I got to the doctor. When I complained, he told me they were very busy but the sign in sheet for the patients was empty and the office help was just chatting around so in 4 days no one had the time to call me. My foot still hurts.
