Knowledgeable, Understanding and Professional
After visiting various Ophthalmologist and several failed treatments, I was referred to Dr. Tran. The staff were kind, friendly and polite. My waiting room time went by pretty quickly before I was called to the back. The assistant was also polite and listened with intent as I explained my reason for the visit along with answering each question I was asked. The wait time before seeing Dr. Tran was minimal. He was polite, knowledgeable, empathetic, and understanding when going over my condition. He communicated with me during my exam instead of piling all the information on me afterwards so, that I may ask any questions along the way. I was also given the opportunity to explain my situation in detail which in response were also answered in detail. We came up with a treatment plan and I was on my way. If you havent heard of the Autologous Serum Eye Drops and suffer with severe dry eyes, I highly recommend making an appt. with Dr. Tran for an exam, best decision ever. He knows his stuff!

Most condescending and rude dr I've ever met!!!
I went to this miserable excuse for a doctor because my Ophthalmologist had moved out of state. After having my eyes dilated, I was asked to wait about 10 minutes for the Dr. After 30 minutes of waiting (while my job was waiting for me), I went out of the room and asked why I was not being seen. Dr. Tran finally came in and, when I said I was upset about waiting for over 45 minutes, he began to tell me, "You don't understand. You are seeing a cornea specialist but you need only an regular ophthalmologist". He then went on to tell me how skilled he was with corneas and I didn't have a cornea problem and I should have scheduled with "just an ophthalmologist". When I explained my doctor had moved and Dr. Tran's office had assigned him to me, he said, "Well clearly you don't understand medicine. We have things to do that take time and that's what happened this morning. I explained to him that I was an RN, working at a hospital and knew very well about emergencies. No apology!!!!

Worst Doctor I ever Met – Aug 03, 2023

Cataract Surgery
My dad had 2 cataract surgery with Dr. Tran and our experience and results are great!!!! Dr. Tran did a great job at keeping my calm and explaining what was going on step by step. He showed my dad several images of my dad eyes and taught us more about my dad eyes condition, and what will happen during and after the surgery. He took his time and answered every single question we had. My dad so pleased with his works, and if he has to go back for anything on his eyes, he will definitely choose to see Dr. Tran. The entire team was incredibly helpful, patient, and made my dad comfortable during a stressful health concern. It's been two months, everything is healed, and my dad can see very good again. I already scheduled for my mom to see Dr. Tran in July. I recommend Dr. Tran to everyone I know. Thanks, you Dr. Tran.

Worst!
If I could put a zero I would! Beyond disgusted that a so called “healer” and physician could speak to my mother the way he did and conducted himself is very unprofessional. Dr. Tran spoke to her, and myself, in the utmost disrespectful, degrading, and he had the audacity to question every response to treatment that failed in the past, wanting her to “prove” that it didn’t work. The patient knows first hand how their body reacted to a prescription, and told by a well renowned doctor, as toxic, but you know Dr Tran knows all, right?. He even stated we are “strong women”, so I guess he expected to treat us, as though we were mere “women”. First visit and last visit! If you want a Dr that is rude, disrespectful to women and thinks your personal perspective of how you felt with certain treatments, is senseless, he’s your guy! If you want a doctor that is caring, takes time to hear your concerns, and comes up with their own protocols, he’s NOT your guy!

I have a pre-existing condition that can impact my eyes, so I have to see an ophthalmologist the second I see any changes in my eye. Dr. Tran's team got me in within 90 minutes of me calling. The entire team was incredibly helpful, patient, and made me comfortable during a potentially stressful health concern. Dr. Tran did a great job at keeping me calm and explaining what was going on. He even took several images of my eye and taught me more about my eye and condition. Dr. Tran is so patient and answered every single question I had. I'm so pleased I was able to see him and, if/when I have to go back, I will definitely choose to see Dr. Tran.

I have been dealing with some chronic eye redness and I was concerned it was something more serious than contact lens irritation. As a healthcare professional, I have to see clients on a daily basis and would rather not have blood shot eyes. While, Dr. Tran seemed knowledgable, he does not seem empathetic. He basically mansplained to me what vessels and tissues are and said that there really wasn't much you could do about it. I guess because I was dressed casually in leggings and a sweatshirt he assumed I was perhaps a vapid socialite and suggested I use some eye drops that cause vasoconstriction for the next party I go to. On the plus side, the staff was very nice and accommodating with my busy schedule.

This doctor and the eye center are the worst I have ever seen. I visited this doctor for medical purposes (eye pain); however, I was charged for comprehensive eye exam and he did not do anything on my eye.
