So far so good
I am 10 weeks pregnant and so far have nothing but good things to day about the office and Dr Wang. yes the wait time is long, yet they are very upfront about that and provide wait time estimates on their website and ask to check and come later if it shows delay. I personally have no issue waiting for doctor to deliver a baby of a fellow woman, more over I PREFER doctor to make me wait and provide proper care to a woman in labor, as this is exactly what I wish doctor does when I deliver myself. I see some people complain about the wait time, well it looks like the office's focus is on the baby delivery, therefore you may want to look for another OBGYN that doesn't deliver or just be accepting of the situation and use the tools given vs ruing the office's rating. I find the admin stuff and nurses very kind, polite and eager to help too. 5 Star OBYGYN Doctor!!
I absolutely LOVE everything about Dr. Wang and so happy that I found her. You will know the second you walk into her unique practice which is very serene and spa like. I think she is very holistic in her approach. She will not just tell you what she's suppose to say as a doctor, she will give you the honest truth about anything. She is also incredibly flexible and will refill your scripts without having to have a whole new doctor appointment. I did have to wait for Dr. Wang but I really do not mind because I know I'm gonna get A plus service. I really believe she is the best OBGYN you will ever find. She is so warm, kind, takes time to listen, truly cares, thinks about ways to actually save you money, incredibly smart, efficient, and a technical genius. I love you Dr. Wang!!!

Office Staff Not Great
This is not a review of Dr. Wang. I didn’t see her. I had an appointment with the nurse practitioner. Somehow they forgot I was there and I waited for an hour until finallly going to check with them to see what was taking so long. The receptionist was apologetic but the nurse practitioner did not seem even remotely sorry and frankly did not have the best bedside manner considering what had happened. I opted to leave and not be seen because I was not about to get in stirrups with someone that made me feel that way. The office feels like a combination of Avatar and a nightclub with butterflies and neon jellyfish everywhere which was kind of a weird vibe for me personally. I’m sure Dr Wang is a good doctor but this was not the practice for me.

Long time patient of Dr. Wang
Dr Wang has been my doctor for over 10 years. Always kind, informative, professional and bubbly. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but babies come on their own time, she can’t help that.

My favorite OB practice
I had actually tried two other OBs before finding Violet Crown based on a colleague’s recommendation. Dr. Wang is very knowledgeable and has always taken the time to answer all of my questions. Her and the entire staff at her practice are very kind and welcoming. You can immediately tell they all love what they do. It had been a very enjoyable OB experience so far as a navigate pregnancy for the first time.

Dr. Wang is the best gynecologist I have ever seen! She is so kind, caring and patient.Seeing her always made me feel reassured throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She gave me a happy and uneventful C-section. I will continue to support Dr. Wang.

The best OBGYN I’ve ever had!
Dr. Wang is very professional and really listens to you.She always hugs me hello and goodbye I have been seeing her over 12 years now, and followed her to her new office, which is VERY nice!Soothing & comfortable there.I definitely recommend her!

Doctor is extremely pushy to get the NIPT test and c-section if you are having twins. If you don't educate yourself, you will leave her office thinking vaginal birth is totally impossible when having twins even if your babies are both head down. While she is very friendly, she is not a good listener, she out of the blue started talking about abortion when that was so far from what I was asking. Go to her if you are ok with an auto c-section & not given a chance to choose whether or not you want to do the NIPT test.

Best OB I’ve Had
Dr. Wang is always very kind and professional and I always felt that I was in the best hands under her care.Throughout my pregnancy and through my c section with my daughter and with my postpartum appointment I always felt well cared for and respected and comfortable and would recommend Dr. Wang and her practice to anyone in search of an OB.You will be in great hands and have an excellent experience.

Dr Wang is awesome!
I’ve been going to Dr Wang for years and she recently delivered my first child. She always has a big smile and positivity that puts me at ease. She truly cares about her patients and I could tell she was there to do what was best for me. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome OBGYN

Forgotten in the waiting room
Every time I have been to this office, I've had to wait 2-3 hours to be seen by Dr. Wang. One day I waited 3.5 hours at 32 weeks pregnant, and I was never called into the office.

The coolest, most caring Doctor I've met.
Sadly, I have been to a lot of doctors, and have met a lot who have no bedside manner, and have felt like I'm just a number in their day. The moment I met Dr. Wang, I felt seen, heard, cared for, and taken seriously. She did not rush me even though I have an extensive history and family hx of cancers. Her office makes you feel so at ease because it's so fun and inviting. I will continue to rave about her and tell all of my friends!

Great OBGYN
I have been going to Dr. Wang since 2017. She is a great doctor and listens to you and genuinely seems to care. Like others I have experienced the insane wait times at Austin Area OBGYN which is why I was very happy to follow her when she left and started her own practice-- Violet Crown OBGYN. Their website gives live wait times and I was told at check in that if ever a wait time is long you can just show up later (like if the wait time is an hour you are ok to show up an hour late). Great idea!
