Down hill
I have gone to Dr. Baird for a long time. Although I have been confident and appreciate her for the most part, I feel over time she has become almost distracted (?) and rushed (?) during the last couple of visits. It has felt like the comradery in the office is definitely lacking. Phone calls to the office and dealing her staff in person as well as on the phone has been sadly, less than helpful, satisfactory, less than welcoming. Over time I have recommended to friends and family this office for Dermatologic Issues. Unsure if I can continue to do so.

I'm sure Dr. Baird knows her stuff, but she has NO bedside manner. She rushes through appointments, doesn't explain things well, doesn't listen well, and rushed through my questions. This kind of behavior is neither appropriate nor professional. I'm now searching for a new doctor.

This review is for the receptionist at Dr. Baird's office. I have called several times this week to schedule an appointment. I saw Dr. Baird once a few years ago and am a patient of record. I called Monday and was asked to hold, the receptionist did not return to my call after 10 minutes so the phone rang back still no answer. I have called and left messages over the past few days and have received no call back. I could give more detail but have run out of review space.
