Took His Time
Dr. Clark was great! He really took the time to answer my questions. He went through all of his recommendations and options for my eczema. He had really helpful insights and I am happy I found him and this clinic.

Intuitive Hit Excuse
I was scheduled to see Dr Clark in the afternoon. I was to have a 'cosmetic cleanup' to freeze a number of Sebaceous Keratosis areas. Some of these areas were bothering me when I wore underwear, etc. I mentioned all the areas I would like to freeze off and even mentioned a dry area on my scalp. He took offence to me, not exactly sure why but let me know he had an 'Intuitive hit' that I would not be happy with the results. He was concerned that I would complain about scaring or some turning white. I let him know that I was ok with that, that I was looking forward to the removal of the SKs, but he refused to treat me because he had an Intuitive hit. He just stood up abruptly and gave really no other specific reason why. After letting me change back into my clothes he again gave no reason why, and that maybe it was just him.In fact he looked like he was having a melt down, and I asked compassionately how he was doing. This was unprofessional and left me dumbfounded and confused.

Exploiting children’s needs
How sad it is that a child in need of a *literal* drop of medication on a rash costs over $400. Call it inflation, or “COVID costs”, whatever- this is just down right ridiculous. I’m glad children’s rashes are paying for your skii vacations. Disgusting

Disrespectful, poor listener
Dr Clark seems to struggle to respect a client’s knowledge of their own body. He repeatedly insisted my rash couldn’t be food sensitivities despite a blood test to support I had them. As a result, I didn’t take my naturopathic doctor seriously and my rash kept coming back and getting worse. He also insisted it was caused by something topical even though I told him at least 3-4 times that anything topical I used came after the rash began very discouraging. It got so that I dreaded going knowing that I was going to be ignored and my knowledge discounted.

I was very pleased that he took the extra time. To remove the spot that day. Always nice not to have to make two and three trips. Especially when you're an hour and a half away

Dr. Clark reminded me of a time when doctors were not afraid to do a thorough head to toe exam and actually touch the patient.

Dr. Clark diagnosed, and treated my skin cancer. He is a superb clinician with a friendly and personable manner. He put me at ease immediately with respect to my diagnosis. Both the diagnostic biopsy and surgical excision were performed expertly, and painlessly. He is always available, and provided me with his direct cell phone if there was any problem. There were none! Dr. Clark and his entire staff are the BEST!
