Terrible service!
When I met with Dr. Cros he seemed thoughtful and knowledgeable; he explained that I have myopathy and prescribed a muscle biopsy. But after that everything went badly. I was given a skin biopsy, and the technicians said that's not the same thing. Did I get the wrong test? Then 2.5 months went by with no lab report and no message from Dr. Cros. Finally my GP got the test results but found them confusing; she asked him to interpret. Weeks passed, and finally he emailed me to say I don't have neuropathy - a completely different diagnosis from myopathy! I emailed back to say that his message made no sense, but he didn't respond. His next appointment is in December.

I am a patient of Dr.Cros, I have been through the ringer for the past two years with misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis he is the 1st Dr. in my journey that I feel has cared about me the patient he has a wonderful bedside manner and very thoroug , and when you enter his office you are not on a time clock which is almost impossible to find during these times he listens to you as a patient every single word and then does his testing, and not until he is sure of the diagnosis does he talk about it a wonderful wonderful wonderful doctor I unfortunately have been through many doctors in my lifetime, I've had diabetes three different spinal fusions and all sorts of problems with my shoulders and 13 surgeries Dr.Cros is by far in my opinion The Best of the Best, if my dad were still around he would call Dr. Cros the finest kind which I truly believe he is sincerely Gerald McHugh
