Dr. Dielle Duval, MD

She was first doctor that made me feel heard for an issue that I’ve had for over 10 years. She was great at explaining everything and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Duval did emergency surgery for large kidney stone lodged in my left ureatha by putting in a stint and inserting a cathera. She told me in two after the surgery, she do the surgery to blast the kidney stone. Well it's been 4 weeks and she turn over to her associate. He is not any better than Dr. Duval. They are so unprofessional that I would suggest to potential patients to seek treatment some where else. Needless to say, I still have the lodge kidney stone.

Waited 3 months for the appointment for bladder pain and other issues associated with bladder. These symptoms were increasing to the point where I was spending a lot of time in the bathroom and even missing work hours. Dr. Duvall acted like she did not believe me - " it really can't be that bad". No exam, no tests, just told me to drink more water and lose weight. I went to another urologist in Nashville who actually examined me and upon further testing diagnosed me with an actual disease and prescribed medication to control it.
