Dr. Dominika Lozowska, MD

All I know is: she revealed things to me about my stroke that NO OTHER DOCTOR at the other hospital had shown me or told me!

I was referred to Dr. Kozowska because of muscle mass loss, fatigue, lack of mobility, etc. The first day she spent 1.5 hours with me. She was reserved but was interested in me and my symptoms. I returned the next day and completed two different neurological tests over two hours which confirmed the symptoms that I was having. She did a lot of research to determine what was wrong. We paid out of pocket to have an extensive genetic test completed which provided the Dr. with solid information. She was very interested in my case and became more relaxed and friendly with visits. I was finally diagnosed with SINAM and received the appropriate treatment. I think that she was a life-saver given that my PCP attributed my symptoms to COVID and only did traditional lab tests. As my health deteriorated, the PCP continued to push that everything that I was experiencing was due to COVID. I am so grateful that Dr. Lozowska worked hard to find a diagnosis and treat me. I recommend totally.

I am a returning patient. It surprised me how professional she was. Not rushed&much improved bedside manner.I hope she keeps acting like this with other patients.

Fired off questions but interrupted with another, didn't answer any questions, didn't examine places I asked, didn't know what I was there for, accidentally stuck me multiple times with needle not in muscle, wouldn't let me finish one sentence ....just unbelievably uninterested...no clue about diagnoses I already had ...quick to order unneeded meds and cash stuff unrelated...noone in waiting room...guess in a hurry to get outa there.... UNREAL!

Horrible. Beyond horrible. I have never felt as disrespected as I have every. single. visit. that I have had with her. She refused to listen to me when I said that I had plenty of tests ran that she was trying to force upon me to have done, and did not have any of my other medical records that had all of the "proof" she kept saying she needed to re-diagnose me. She would talk over me, ignore my concerns, jump around from topic to topic throwing out random ideas, it was incredibly rushed. After she stated that my previous neurologist probably diagnosed me with epilepsy based off of my "story" that I explained to her, I was about ready to walk out of that room and out the front door. Instead of trying to argue and get combative with me that there are no records, and required a staff member to come in to state that my records were most likely stored away in that same building as paper copies, the appointment was ended and I was moved along the way. I will NEVER go back there.

The doctor is the worst doctor I have been to. Would not listen to me, treated me like I was garbage, scheduled me for a return visit - when I went in she ask what I was there for - I told her - she said It only takes one time to fix that!!! - does the procedure I. The office again being rough - then tells me to sleep in a recliner for a month!!! Don’t bend over, turn your head, sneeze - REALLY!! I seriously doubt I’ll return

She is an outstanding doctor. She's smart; I mean she's really smart! I highly recommend her. She is compassionate, thorough, and current!

Rude. Doesn't appear to know the first thing about how to properly order imaging exams. If that's the best Mon Health can do, that's pathetic.

Very rude will not listen inconsiderate non caring disrepectful doctor I've ever encountered. Wanted to force me to take a medicine I couldn't take because I had an adverse reaction to it and landed me in the hospital. She didn't want to listen or anything no matter how hard I tried to explain this to her. I actually feared for my life with this doctor. The only recommendation I'll give about this woman is she have a her license revoked and disbarred from medicine for the rest of her natural life.

I'm not sure what to think yet. On one visit she asked if I was swallowing my pills because my level was to low.. I told her I am working off one but she said go back on it. I never. Hate the med and side effects. Then next time I kept seizure diary and she told me the symptoms I wrote were not real. She called another DR in front of me and said she didn't believe my seizures were real and that my other DR didn't explain them to me. I have had over 30 years of tests, video eggs, etc. to know. She also didn't understand my VNS. I hope my opinion changes soon.

She was my dr for several years and I heard she’s left. I hate to hear it. She’s a great doctor and human being.

RUDE! Do not bother with this healthcare "professional" because she wasn't professional nor compassionate! She didn't listen, was rude & treated me like garbage. Shame on this woman with so many years of experience. She needs experience in listening & caring about others! Would leave a 0 star review if possible.

She is the most despicable doctor I've ever visited. I was in a car accident and began suffering with a concussion and other issues. She was immediately rude. When I began to tell her what I was experiencing she had the gull to tell me I was faking because she never heard of some of my issues being related to a concussion. She then tried to blame each issue on something else, regardless of what I said. I lost my job and my insurance and am finally able to see someone else after nearly 3 years of suffering from this. She is as cold hearted as they come.

Not a good fit. Professionally speaking, she lacks personal skills. Dr. Lozowska as one worse bedside manner I have ever observed, this coming from an individual with over twenty years in health care field.

I could not ask for a better doctor great person we did not get the The diagnosis we was hoping for but we did get an answer my husband was diagnosed with ALS we were so brokenhearted but her and her team stepped in and Helped us understand what we were dealing with and what we were going to go through and we appreciate her being so honest with us we had been to so many different doctors no one could tell us or give us an answer but she did thank you so much . Very disappointed she spent a total of 6 minutes with me worst bed side manner I've seen in many years wont go back or continue my diagnosis nor treatment with her

I found Dr. Lozowska to be very informative. She went over my MRI with me and listened to my questions and answered them in a manner that made sense. She has a strong personality and is very confident, definitely makes you feel comfortable with her knowledge and plan of action in helping you solve your specific issue.

Excellent care, concern and absolutely on the spot in her diagnosis of a very mysterious medical condition that no other doctor has pinpointed in many states, in the past 15 years! Her care and concern was above board - unbelievable in this day and time for this area. We have lived in many places and have seen countless doctors. I never would have believed we would find the RIGHT DOCTOR in Huntington, WV
