Needs to be removed from working with Veterans
Rude, condescending, unpalatable personality and lacks any form of professionalism. First visit with my Viet Nam Veteran husband and visiting Veteran sister. When we asked questions he was incredibly rude with his answers as if we had no right speaking to him. My husband and I are an interracial couple (my sister is black) and we were all stunned at how rude he was from the moment we were escorted to the exam room. I am escalating my complaint about him and encourage you to be your advocate if you are mistreated by any doctor or member at an establishment. Our warriors come to the VA for care. Many (my husband included) suffer from PTSD and these confrontations trigger them. This person needs to be removed from working with our Vets. He is not an asset

Zero. Poor bedside manner. Like we are wasting his time. Has better things to do. Very impatient. Abrupt. Would drive further to another Dr. before seeing him. Disappointed.

He does not volunteer information... you have to ask specific question and then get some very curt and a bit nasty answers. It seems it is an imposition and at annual physical all he does is ask questions and often says it is not his area of medicine. Bad hip for a year and finally he had xrays taken and I never heard back.. Lesion on my head for two years and he finally had pictures take to be sent off to a dermatologist in Chicago. Staff is uptight and short with responses.
