Dr. Donny Mehrabi, MD

I've had a rash on my hand and after other dermatologist who just kept saying allegies, Dr Mehrabi is smart, he asked the right questions about my past medical conditions, took pictures of the rash and came up with the reason I have it, and he is CORRECT. It all makes sense now, the rash, pain, swollen, and I am finally in the right direction to cure it. Smart man. He figured it out. Go to this doctor. I also like the way he doesnt try to sell you cosmetics procedure like the other derms do. He's more medical based! Five stars.

Been there five times for a serious skin condition. My insurance recommended BHskin. Never saw him directly. They have very passive staff who are either not knowledgeable or uncaring. Even their DO is impatient and wants to get you out of the office as soon as possible. As a patient I think I have a right to ask questions and be comforted. But forget it with this office.

Do not go to this office! They do NOT care about their patients. They prescribed my father in law the exactly wrong medicine and he has been suffering for over 6 months because of that. I took him to UCLA and Cedars after BHSkin disaster and several doctors confirmed that for a long period of time he was being given the exactly wrong treatment which made his condition much worse. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office and these "doctors".

What a joke of an office. I called to change my appt time, they say it was ok. Then I get there and tell me I’m late and have to wait behind 5 patients. 1 hour and 45 min later - walked out.

We feel very confident with Dr. Mehrabi and the office staff is very friendly.

I have the good fortune of seeing Dr. Mehrabi for the last 4 years, in his Encino Office. He is a caring physician and is direct, honest and has an excellent "bedside manner". I've recommended him to family and friends. He has never assigned me to a "PA" as a prior review suggested. It is true that getting an appointment isn't easy (plan for a month or two in advance), but I think that also speaks to his popularity and excellence! His desk staff could benefit from customer service training.

I went several times to his office with apmts. I never once saw this doctor. He only uses PAs and there's always someone new. When I went after a year of my last appointment, and in need of help due to a terrible skin rash, the front desk personnel received me with a $300+ bill. I always pay my copays before my visits. They told me that last year they were "out of network" and that was the portion the Insurance hadn't pay and that I couldn't see the Dr. unless I pay the total. I went to the ER.
