3 telemeds. And none of them completed because they don't make any attempt to call you until hours after the scheduled time. People don't have the ability to just schedule entire blocks of their workday to one phone call. They have also sent blood work requests only a couple days before an appointment that are pre-dated to your last appointment and not the date they actually printed them. Probably trying to hide how disorganized this office is.

Dr. Pan has been my oncologist for about 4 years now. Am very confident and happy with her care. Also very pleased with the staff at the Upstate Cancer Center. Dr. Pan takes time and patience with me. I always have lots of questions and concerns.

Dr. Pan is a skilled professional. She always reviews your information, tests, etc. before meeting with you. After carefully examining you and asking a series of questions, she asks if you have any questions. She listens. On a few occasions, I have contacted her via Upstate My Chart. She responds promptly by email or calling you. She has guided me through chemo and IVIG. I am now in remission. I hold Dr. Dorothy Pan in high regard.

Failed to listen to patients concerns. Did not spend time asking or answering questions. Based opinion off a chart. After returning home patient found out the real problem that he was having and it was totally discounted and missed by Dr Pain who refused to listen to paints concerns over extreme level of pain and discomfort. It was later revealed patient had a fracture in his spine as well as 2 other serious and extremely painful medical conditions.
