Had shoulder surgery in September 2017 performed by Dr. Douglas Ching. I should have read reviews before scheduling surgery. My shoulder is now in worse shape then before the surgery. Dr. Douglas Ching lied to me regarding the outcome of my shoulder surgery and I am now forced to get another Surgeon to fix what he did. I do not recommend this surgeon and you should not use him either.

Hi I called to find out more information regarding Doctor China's practice and the woman in the office was very offputting with horrible communication skills. I would not recommend his office or want to be a patient myself as they do not have respect for potential patients.

Stay clear of this guy. He'll see $$$ signs and be nice to you until he gets your money. Botched my surgery on my knee so bad that I have to get another one. Didn't fix the problem and created more damage during surgery. Reckless and rude. Post surgery follow-up with 3 appointments complaining that I was still experience severe knee pain. Said it was normal. Had 2nd mri done post surgery and showed more damage to knee and outlining areas than before surgery. This was this year in feb.2017.

My son broke his arm. Dr Ching only wrapped an ace bandage around the er cast the first appointment and cancelled the second. Then they refused to give me a new appointment that worked with my work schedule. I had to take two days off for him to do nothing.
