My favorite surgeon
Very friendly and easy to talk to.Unfortunately, found out that he no longer practices at 70 East Street, Methuen and I need to seek another surgeon.

Dr. Powell is the BEST! Very caring and smart!
Dr. Powell treated my husband with such kindness. He is always patient, always pleasant, and really caring. I would recommend anyone to see him if you need surgery. You will be in excellent hands!
