Dr. Edna Pierre-Louis, MD

Dr Pierre Louis is my OB/GYN. I absolutely love her. She is very thorough. She explains everything that is going on with you and what she is doing to and for you. During delivery of my son she was awesome. I wouldn't have any other Dr for delivery. She is by far the best.

Nurse/ MA Robin does not return calls. When trying to schedule appointments Lucy in scheduling is rude and refuses to schedule. Kara the receptionist of whoever she is, is rude, yells, and very argumentative. Still not sure why she got upset. They expect you to the process of the clinic even when you have never been a patient. They don't care about pregnant women. Please don't use this office it will cause stress during pregnancy. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Not worth it at all.

Since deliverin my baby with this Surgeon I have been traumatized. I have had to seek counseling for how I was treated and the severe post partum she caused. She threatened me over the hospital phone she taunted me while performing a c section on me. She forced me into a c section because my pelvis was too small and my blood pressure was elevated. But the way she delivered the news to me was degrading and condescending. Please do not see this doctor! She should not be in this profession.

I was new in the area and when I get pregnant I didn't have idea of where to go , so my insurance gave me a list of the providers and I check her background and specialist and experience in pregnancy after c section and I wanted a women that speak Spanish too but at the end she never speak me in Spanish it makes a little hard but I delivered my baby with her I felt secured with only that she is so serious I felt like a kid with his teacher all the time but it's part of her professionalism.

Never got a chance to see doctor waited in lobby over One Hour Twenty Minutes staff never address me after registration waited for this visit for two weeks and was treated like a non factor.
